Melissa and Tricia were such a blessing! Despite the long line, they made sure everything that I had was shipped correctly. And they were very helpful!

After scrolling through reviews I expected the worst when dropping off my package. But I was pleasantly surprised! Friendly staff and a clean, well kept building. Definitely would recommend if you’re in the Mt Juliet/Lebanon area.

They are very friendly and fast service every time I’ve been.

The staff were super friendly and helpful! The place was very clean and tidy. I was in and out in 10 minutes!

People complain about waiting in line, come on people. How about the next time you are waiting in line you think about the amazing public service they perform and then thank them when you are done waiting for your turn! And don’t be surprised if they are not overly happy or motivated. They have been dealing with people with horrible attitudes.

One of a kind service here! Josh saved the day! I unfortunately forgot a stamp on a very important time-sensitive document the day before leaving town for a couple of weeks. Josh went above and beyond my expectations when he personally pulled the envelope from the carriers truck and even called to confirm he had found it and stamped it for me.

Just wanted to say thank you to the workers at this post office! There was a lady out in the lobby asking questions and helping people with what they needed while they waited in line. It made the line go so fast!

I always have a great experience at MJ Post Office, great service and a friendly staff now I never know when mail coming, but inside service is always fast.
