Amazing experience. Staff was phenomenal. Food was delicious and high quality. Coffees were great. Atmosphere was gorgeous! A MUST TRY! A bit pricey, but what isn't these days?

A very amazing place! It reminds me of high tea fused with a chill tea room. The best of both worlds and the environment was laid back yet sophisticated at the same time. We were on a double date, and it was the perfect spot to end our evening. We all tried a variety of pastries, and I had the turmeric Chai-it was wonderful. The macaroons were well made and there was a wide variety of flavors to choose from, my favorite from the 6 was the chocolate spread macaroon. The carrot cake was good, but the cake itself was a touch on the dry side. I can't wait to come back with a book or my laptop and enjoy another beverage and pastry! Highly recommend going to experience the fun and inviting atmosphere!

Very beautiful cafe. It feels like home. The ambience is amazing. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Their pastries are so good. Great place to even spend time with friends and family. The staff is very friendly. Their service is good and fast. Parking could be an issue, except for Sunday evenings. It’s a must visit place, highly recommend it.

What a beautiful quaint spot. Very elegant and lovely. You enter to either be seated or order at the register. I ate in and service was great. I had the Caprese panini and added chicken. It came with the fries. The food was great. The vegetables were a surprise. It was pickled and really good. I had Harvest Green Smoothie made with almond milk. LOVED IT! This place I highly recommend.

Amazing & welcoming cafe! It’s always a wonderful experience! Their tea is always custom made and their desserts are so beautifully decorated, you don’t want to ruin the art it is. But when you finally take a bite, they taste Delicious!

I was immediately greeted as I entered the place. It's an photo opportunity everywhere you look. They've decorated the place from top to bottom. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and could not sit for a full service meal. I ordered a slice of the pistachio ricotta cake. Oh my... light and smooth texture and nuanced flavors. It was divine. Pricey but that was expected. Over $9 with tax for a small slice. So I ate it very slowly (lol) but I will go back for that and to try more. The dine-in menu sounded delicious!

Such a great combination of flavors and atmosphere. Delicate and warm. What a place to spend a rainy morning. My server Loretta was an absolute sweetheart and made me feel very welcome and helped with some recommendations since I'm from out of town.

The Pistachio Cafe 2 with its beautiful ambiance creates a delightful dining experience. The rose coconut dessert is a true gem, boasting a perfect blend of floral and coconut flavors. A must-try for dessert enthusiasts seeking a unique and delicious treat. The tiramisu was delicious too!

I got the rose latte and cappuccino cake - delicious! The interiors are beautiful and the decor has been set up immaculately! Feels like you have escaped to a cafe in a different country. The service was the amazing.

One of my favorite spots on Chapel Street, staff is always welcoming great atmosphere. I’ve only had the desserts and their lattes. Food looks amazing, usually stopping in and running!!!

Really BEAUTIFUL cafe that recently opened in New Haven. The sister cafe in Westville is amazing so I was elated to hear they were opening one closer to campus.

The interior of both cafes is just so wonderful. Spacious, beautifully decorated, welcoming, and multipurpose. The interior is divided in two, one portion for dining and one for lounging (no laptops allowed on the dining side).

The food we got was great. The halloumi panini was pressed wonderfully and well balance and the rose tartine tasted amazing. For dessert we got pistachio ice cream and a slice of their pistachio cake. The ice cream is definitely worth it but I don’t think I was a huge fan of the cake. Like most ice cream in the Middle East, the pistachio ice cream here has a more gum like texture which just elevated the tasting experience.

Will definitely be back.

The desserts and coffee were so delicious and the service was excellent. My server Andres was so attentive and helpful made the experience worth it.

Pistachio is the nicest little cafe I have ever been to! Beautiful, charming, so nice inside.. delicious macarons, beautifully made latte, nice service.

Five stars for the decor and ambiance. Both the Pistachio Latte and the Chocolate Temptation cake were very, very good. Will return for more.

Imaginative and attractive decor, and comfortable. House rules allow for easy conversation. Excellent staff. The pastry display is eye popping temptations that I have enjoyed in Westville and the city locations. Wonderful selection of coffee, teas, and other non-alcohol selections. The menu sets up choices for the first and subsequent visits. Pistachio is frequently our intended destination from Wolcott.

Ok team. Have you ever traveled nearly 100 miles just for something random? For me it was to New Haven, CT over the weekend. And no it wasn’t for the pizza (although bomb).

Pistachio Cafe is my favorite cafe. There’s plenty all over NYC but it’s usually more fashion show than latte. This beautiful location (their 2nd; congrats), is the literal definition of chill vibes. Shout out to Sara!

I super recommend the traditional Turkish coffee. It is rich and bold without being “too strong”. This weekend I had the pistachio latte. And it not your sbux two pumps sweet Jawn. The latte utilizes pistachio milk and is beautifully topped with pistachio crumbles. And if you’ve not had enough of this beautiful but, try their pistachio baklava. While their OG is good, this variety offers a slightly less sweet but impactful taste.

Sweets wise, if I had to choose my favorite item in the menu, it would be their cashew fingers. I would legit eat a dozen in one sitting if my blood sugar gave no dambs.

So if you’re willing to hike it all the way up to CT please make sure you visit both Pistachio locations!!

Such a beautiful space with lovely drinks and pastries. The cardamom latte was so fragrant and delicious. I think it’s a great place to sit and chat. Not a ton of tables for laptop use, so not the best studying/working location though.

Gorgeous Cafe, delicious lunch, and fantastic coffee! We had the falafel wrap and tuna panini along with pistachio latte and almond late. The portions were big, presentation pretty and appetizing. We left with full bellies and calm spirits. The vibe was so cool, modern, classic and hip at the same time. We will be back to try the pastry and more! We loved it.
