Purr Cup Cafe

This was a fun visit. While we weren’t looking to adopt a kitty at this time, we loved visiting and petting the sweet babies here. The cafe is located in a little old house that has the front room made into a kitty visiting area. I love that they limit the number of guests to 6 people so that it doesn’t get overcrowded. We bought drinks to support the organization and enjoyed petting the 6 kitties for an hour. The room was immaculately clean and wasn’t smelly at all. There were many types of kitty beds and toys and comfortable places to sit. There are many types of beverages offered (all 100% plant-based, so no dairy in the coffee drinks). If we were able to adopt a kitty, I would return here in a heartbeat.

What a lovely coffee shop! Pleasantly surprised since I just picked a cafe that was close on my route. Absolutely DELICIOUS drinks, and I’m into the fact that it’s all plant based milks - directing people right away to different alternatives for consuming your fave drinks. It’s a sweet cat rescue too so you can sip and play with kitties and adopt if you feel called to. They also offered these delicious kombuchas that are local! Will come again for sure.

I love visiting Purr Cup. Their drinks are tasty, their vegan food options are nice, and I love that they stock local kitty themed products. It's always nice visiting with the kitties too.

They tend to book up quick on the weekends so if you want to see the kitties on a weekend make sure you make a reservation in advance.

And obviously keep in mind that these are LIVING creatures so they might be napping or not want to hang out with you when you visit. But that's part of the fun of visiting a cat cafe - and either way they're cuties. Every time we've been there the cats seem comfortable and well socialized - they never seem to be scared or hiding.

This space is absolutely fantastic and welcoming! The need to make reservations is absolutely acceptable, to avoid overstimulating the cats and customers, as well as doing what they can as a small business. The drinks and snacks are amazing, I love trying new things here and the baristas are always super nice. If you’re wanting to check it out, you should know it is vegan and there’s no problem with that!! There is a lovely seating area outside, and sometimes when they host movie nights, I love to order a drink, hang out with my friends and meet new people. I’ve been here so many times and the half-off Wednesdays are the most amazing thing for someone just trying to get out with their friends and have a nice coffee/lemonade/drink. I love this place and I can’t wait to see how they expand!!

My favorite cat cafe!! Lovely space and you can tell the cats are very happy. Even the shy ones are comfortable and friendly. I've also loved every drink I've gotten. It makes me happy that they are an all-vegan cafe! I feel right at home.

This is such a great cafe to come and relax with cats! I’ve come here a few times before, and I always love getting to play with and pet the kitties. Everything I’ve tried on their menu has always been tasty! I also purchased a catnip kicker toy from their gift shop and my Felicity absolutely loves it! 10/10 experience!

We visited on a Friday morning and got drinks, a cookie and time with the cats. It was very enjoyable! The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful and the staff was very accommodating. The facilities were clean and they had cute souvenirs. I will definitely go back just to hang with the cats! Parking is tight so carpool if you can get there early.

An amazing time! I love that it requires reservation because you aren’t fighting fifteen people to be able to pet a couple cats. The outdoor space is amazing for enjoying your coffee or treats if you aren’t stopping by the say hi to the cats.
So amazed at their ability to have adopted out so many kitties!

Had a great experience. The peach cobbler latte was excellent! I bought a variety of stickers and pins and they are so cute! All of the cats were very sleepy but it was still fun to interact with them as they were extremely friendly. Baristas were also super friendly, will be back to support!

From the super cute kitties to the welcoming staff, Purr Cup has become a regular visiting spot.
For the comfort of the cats and the introverted humans like myself, you must make a reservation to spend an hour of fun with the cats in advance.
Speaking of the humans like myself, if you couldn't tell by the promotion of the cat cafe being vegan, the GIANT rainbow flag outside should prepare you for the vast amount of queerness (read: amazingness) you will find inside. Yes, from the cat wranglers to the merch, everything is super flamboyant (okay, not really), but it's a perfect place to shop for my 3 year old cat, Lily, who gets huge FOMO anytime I go to a Melissa Etheridge or Tegan & Sara show without her. Actually, just yesterday I bought her a cat quilt with *gasp* RAINBOWS on it, and you can rest assured she was instantly attracted to it when I returned from the homosexual cat cafe.

Ok ok, I know I'm throwing shade at the haters of Purr Cup not expecting the vegan cat cafe to have "homosexual" references, but for real, it's a great place to visit for coffee, meet friends to play with the cats or meet your next match on Her for the first date.

We adopted this snuggle bug in the photos a few weeks ago, and I'd love to see more people go visit and adopt the cuties that take up residency.

Been here twice with my boyfriend! So many cute and sweet kitties and I love all the different snacks & drinks available!! The cat room has lots of treats and toys to play with the cats and is super cozy and cuddly

Vegan Coffee Shop FTW! I'm lactose intolerant and I love going to food & beverage places where I know there won't be dairy cross contact or contamination. I went with a house specialty, Vietnamese Ice Coffee with sweetened condensed coconut milk. Did not disappoint and it wasn't too sweet! Hung out with friends on the front porch seating for over an hour. Atmosphere is cool and there are cats. 10/10 will go again.

I got to have coffee with the fur babies yesterday! It was such an amazing experience! The cats were fantastic coffee pals, the environment was so cozy/super cute, and everyone was extremely nice! My companions and I hung out with the babies and talked and drank our specialty vegan drinks..I got the caramel meowcchiato (highly recommend). I love the work that Purr Cup Cafe is doing to find homes for these fuzzy angels by partnering with Safe Haven. It's such a brilliant idea and a great way to meet your new forever friend (or just give the cats there some love and affection while existing in peaceful happiness yourself 🐱). I fully support this cafe and will most definitely return! We had a great time! Give Ghost, Lantana, Slim, and Stromberg all the love! They're sweethearts. Thanks for having us Purr Cup Cafe!

Was hoping to get lucky. Ordered a drink and it was excellent. Friendly staff and good drinks.

Parking is tight so you may have to park a bit away. But worth it. Sat outside and enjoyed the weather. Will visit again soon.

Tasty drinks, a bit pricey, but fun to hang out with the cats. I went at 2pm and most were asleep so that was slightly disappointing, maybe a bad time to go.

First time at the Cafe today and it was a great experience! Got a macchiato with oat milk and spent some time with the kitties.

It was a fun, relaxing experience. The cats were very chill and seemed to enjoy interacting with the people. Its not the same cats every time. These cats are up for adoption and that's the point, to get them exposure and hopefully find a furr-ever home!

It's a great setup for a great cause - I will be back!

Purr Cup Cafe is the purr-fect place to go if you're looking for some feline friends! It's really easy to make a reservation on their website for up to 6 people. Upon arrival it was really quick to sign waivers and order drinks before popping into the kitty room. The cats are all so sweet and affectionate! My favorite duo is Ila and Scout because they're absolutely obsessed with each other! The drinks are pretty fun-- I had some of the kombucha and really enjoyed it, and my friends tried some of their coffee drinks. I also really appreciate that they have local vegan pastries and desserts available. You can't eat in the kitty room but we definitely took some snacks on our way out. Also, I personally think that the prices are reasonable, especially because they partner with a great non profit and support these foster kitties in finding forever homes.

I visited Purr Cup with my 11 yo stepdaughter today (Wed) during her spring break. We had such a great time. We both got speciality lattes that were delicious (lavender London Fog & cinnamon something). The staff was very friendly and helpful and the space was clean and inviting. We spent nearly a full hour playing with the kitties and chatting with other visitors. Their retail selection was also awesome. Our cats love the ChesterandPearl pouncer toys we bought. We will definitely be back soon!

Purr Cup Cafe is the best! All food and drinks are vegan and they have fun sweet drinks like the Caramel Meowchiatto and Tortie Mocha, as well as more traditional coffee shop drinks. It’s rare that I can get whipped cream with my coffee order, but here it’s completely dairy-free. You can make a reservation in advance if you’re interested in spending time with the cats here. Even if you’re not stopping by to adopt one of the cats, Purr Cup Cafe has a little store with cat toys, art, stickers and pins, and more. I can’t wait to come back!
