Absolutely love coming to Cadillac Starbucks, almost every more! Beyond excellent customer service and drinks are always made perfect! Jamie is absolutely amazing!

Jamie gets 5 stars, every time I come in Jamie makes my day so much brighter…idk what you guys are paying him but it’s not enough!!!!!

My Granda Black Pike coffee and the red pepper eggs, can’t beat it!! Service in the drive through was excellent, friendly staff.

I wasn't a huge fan of STARBUCKS for many years but Cadillac's location is amazing!

Always love my mocha with whip cream in here❤ and thier bathroom is clean and smells good.

All the barista have been great. However I have to give a special shout out to one. Jamie's customer service and friendliness are top notch. Jamie sure can help you when you are having a down morning even when you dont show it. Thank you for the amazing vibes and energy I needed it! 5☆

It's starbucks I can't say anything bad about it. The only thing I can say is that I wasn't able to get a drink as I was sleeping in the car at the moment. I have been to this Starbucks many times and I can't say anything bad about it.

It needs better cold brews, their cold brews have been tasting bad lately ever since they got rid of their seasonal drinks.

Jada waits on me though the drive through regularly. She’s very sweet and makes sure my order is correct and I have everything I ordered/asked for. She makes my experience there so pleasant!!

I go to the Cadillac location often and love the staff. I got the pleasure of being helped by the friendly staff a few days ago; namely a sweet girl named Jada. She was full of smiles and I could tell that she really loves her job. I hope you get the pleasure of meeting her yourself.

We have been using the drive thru since they have opened. We have always experienced nothing but friendly staff. One staff we seem to get regularly is Jada; she always has a smile, beverage is always right and she remembers our names...even offers a teeat for our dog when we have him! Customer service, especially in a small town, can make or break a business....Jada is surely a value added addition to this location.

Genuinely love this location, by far the friendliest staff I've ever seen.
Any recommendations the staff gave me have been amazing as well.

Went through the drive through like I do a few times a week and this cute little thing, Jada is her name, is the kindest and most efficient barista! Starbucks and this community are so lucky to have such a bright and hardworking young woman on their/our team!
