I am totally satisfied always with CVS the store not speaking of the pharmacy. They have their problems getting help, but the store itself is always clean well taken care of and under good management. They are always helpful and pleasant

Came to pick up orders as instructed by confirmation emails, was told either it was out of stock / not ready yet / being worked on, on multiple occasions. Can't say I'm too happy. Friendly staff though..
