Great technical knowledge and customer service. I went in about a month ago and new phone screen is still doing great, no issues. I've had bad experiences with repair shops before, but Cell Medix was very upfront with pricing and answered all my questions before I even handed off my phone to them.

The prices are reasonable and they will work with you on any trade. They will offer you more on your top of the line iPhone than any kiosk. All in all be patient it's worth it.

They replaced my phone screen, I talk to Joe and I got a good deal on a used screen, it worked great for me because it was fixed the same day and I didn't have to wait a whole week or more to get it fixed. It took a little longer than what he told me it would take, but it was worth all the wait. I got my phone back and it is working as before the accident.

The technician had a major problem during my repair but still only required me to pay the amount quoted to me when I dropped off the phone. He was beyond professional, which is rare to find these days in the electronics repair business.
