Starbucks

Very nice spot for a quick breakfast and to just spend time having conversation or work while sipping a cup of coffee. We had 2 lattes and a bagel, cream cheese and a bacon and sausage egg rap, we paid total $11,58. Just didn’t like that the cream cheese is bought separated but other than that, it was all good. Definitely coming back!

I like this location. It's one of the last frontiers of pure-cafe Starbucks with no drive-thru. The staff is nice and efficient even though the cafe is a bit small inside.

Please, if you come to this Starbucks and you are a "wahh, le door is heavy" type of person, take note that the fire alarm next to the door is just that, a FIRE ALARM, not an automatic-door switch. Just push harder on the door.

Coffee doesn't pair well with screeching alarm klaxons and strobe lights, thank you!

There I was… strolling about the Pasadena Conference Center and I had to walk over to the mall. While in the area of the mall, an epic downpour of biblical proportions fell on the area. I was freezing cold and scurried into this Starbucks where I was welcomed with warm smiles and smiling faces. I warmed up with a delicious white chocolate mocha, no fat - with whip and was able to warm my bones and face the day again.
Scored this very cool, LAish cup for my bride - huge win! She loved it!
So yes, stop in and grab yourself that coffee I know your thinking about right now.

I had breakfast and lunch while in Pasadena for business. Clean and efficient. Nice outdoor seating for me to work at while eating

I came today to redeem my birthday drink, as soon as I got to work, my drink fell and hit the ground, I hadn't even taken a sip yet. Just my luck, figures, right?

I went back to buy another one, shared my horror story with Mike and immediately he offered to make me another free of charge. He didn't have to, but out of the kindness of his heart, he did. He said it was no way to start my birthday. I really appreciated that. Harvey, the barista, even made my replacement drink a little bit more special after hearing it was my birthday. They really turned my morning around. Thank you to both of them, and thank you to Starbucks for having such exceptional members on staff.

This Starbucks is at the Paseo in Pasadena. It's conveniently near the ice rink and the convention center. The service is good there and usually has the snacks that we like even later in the day( protein pack or the sugary treats) .

Staff is actively interacting with customers. Restrooms are clean. The mobile pickup station is next to Colorado entrance.

Absolutely loved this location back when I lived in LA county (I live in Central Texas now with my fiancé). Whenever I would come to this nice area to deliver for Doordash, I would order from this Starbucks all the time, the staff was always friendly and since I was a fairly regular customer I would even get free drinks! Definitely one of the things I miss about Old Town Pasadena, also this is definitely the best location in all of Old Town Pasadena where there are at least 3 other Starbucks locations that I remember were not really as nice, so I definitely recommend coming here if you are in area!

A tiny Starbucks to be sure, but a bustling buzzing one at that. Usually full of friendly people out shopping. I've hidden in here on many a very hot day, and had quite a few iced coffees form her as well. I likey this Starbucks

This is one of the most friendly locations I've visited. I visit Pasadena periodically and this is my goto location. I use the mobile app to order. They have all the mobile orders set aside on a shelf, easy to pick up. Staff are friendly, they always try their best to have a quick conversation with the customers, despite the fact this is a very busy location.

Service was Excellent! My drinks were great as usual. Atmosphere was decent, i felt a bit cramped in there but i was ordering my drinks to go so its all good.

Excellent staff here serving this convenient location with lots of foot traffic. Limited seating inside, but the small outdoor area is gated and street facing.

Nothing to complain. Staff are super nice. Been visiting whenever Id charge my Tesla at the Tesla Supercharger. The Starbucks does offer parking validation for 90 minutes. That’s plenty of time to give your Tesla a full charge. Never had any problem with the drink at this Starbucks. For all the Tesla drivers, coke grab a drink and have your parking ticket validated!

Loved the atmosphere! Was greeted when I entered the building. Ordered a Salted Caramel Crème Cold Brew and the barista that made it did a great job! Best one I’ve had thus far. I wish I got his name but I totally spaced on it! Unfortunately, I don’t remember the checker’s name either but he was tall, blonde, and overall had a great attitude. Pleasant experience considering this was my first time at this location. I just wanted to take the time to leave a good review. I’ll definitely be visiting again :)

Best one in all of Old Town Pasadena, I like to deliver for Doordash in safe areas like Pasadena and whenever I stop here on breaks, all baristas are super friendly and listen well when they make my drinks, I have very RARELY had any issues here. You are always better off going to this location than the one on Lake Ave or the other one on Colorado and De Lacey.

The person on the register was amazing with the crowd. I think her name tag said Tea but I'm not sure. She made the effort to be friendly, and chat with each customer while also keeping a quick pace as it was very busy. As a service industry veteran turned manager, She was dream!

Omg!!! Very tasty drinks. My family had fun just walking and getting drinks. Tyler the worker was very patient with my daughter and help her with the card reader. He understood that she have ADHD. He was very patient with her drinks she wanted. Tyler apologized for late food, but we didn't mind. My daughter Ivy just made a new friend. P.S the drink strawberry acia with lemon and little sweetner so tasty!!! 😊 THANK YOU TYLER!!!

Myles was one of the best baristas i’ve ever met. He handled my order with so much grace and care, highly recommend!
