I had a complicated need to ship a number motorized window shades. They were long and heavy.

Unlike the UPS Store and other places - Richard could in fact box these suckers up for me. He helped me in from my car. He followed up with the billing via email as asked.

This was a perfect transaction and I will use him again for future, more complicated transactions.
