Panera Bread

Dorty, who we didn't know was the manager, provided exceptional customer service for my family. And founding out this was our first time in Columbia South Carolina, made our decision to dine at Panera Bread wonderful and relaxing. Kudos to him and his staff. Situated right on the corner, it's truly an enjoyable place. Dining options were healthy and delicious 😋. Staff "focus" was on their customers. Will definitely be back to eat there from the many choices on the street and in the area.

I returned to Panera bread this week and to be thrilled to find so many delicious bagels on the shelf with server's doing their best to make certain that my favorites crunchy bagels cinnamon raisin bagels etc...head over to Gervais st in beautiful Columbia SC 5 star☆☆☆☆☆

Ordered 3 totes of coffee for a meeting the coffee was being prepared when I arrived but the packaging was great and made it convenient for me to get all the stuff at once. A staff member helped by opening the doors to the restaurant and my car.

Great service! Had two half sandwiches and they were good. Next I'll get two whole sandwiches!

Decent Panera. Great location for walking the Vista before or after. Fresh food, hot coffee.

This location was quiet this morning. Of course that could be due to the fact that it is the week of Thanksgiving. Nonetheless, the food was hot and delicious. Every staff member was friendly and took the time to welcome us to the restaurant. I'm sure we will stop back by the next time we are looking for a good breakfast in downtown Columbia.

I tried the avocado and egg white breakfast sandwich on grain bread.

Came here for lunch during a bus tour. It was spacious, very clean, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of their menu. The wait was short for the food, and it was delicious. I got the Fuji apple and chicken salad, and a few pastries(bear claw and pecan roll) to take home to the family. Prices were avg not too expensive,but not cheap) I like this Panera Bread location best so far.

we ordered two salads for lunch and large teas. the meals were prepared quickly and the tea was fresh and plentiful. as hot as it was outside, we drank more than our share. the atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. the WiFI was easy to access and fast. the salads were very filling and large. much more product than i expected. the tastes were enjoyable

Panera is great. The food they offer is fresh and they price themselves on having fresh non-gmo foods. This definitely shows in the product. The atmosphere is perfect if you're a college student trying to get some work done or a business person trying to grab a quick bagel and coffee. Service is always great and very fast. Definitely recommend it!

Never been to Panera Bread before. Todd the cashier was super helpful, patient, & energetic. Took the time to explain the different items & made a point to make me laugh after hearing my day was not going so great. Best experience I've had at a restaurant in a long time. Great job.

Friendly staff. Clean facility with good food. A little upset they discontinued the French toast bagels but it's not staffs fault. Ended up getting the cinnamon bagel it's good in it's own way but it's just not the same.

People are very friendly and the atmosphere is peaceful. I could sit there all day. I was there for 2 hours drinking tea through the Sip and Save promotion. Friendly managers.

Stopped in while road tripping down to Florida, and it was surprisingly empty here. Very few people at the tables and no one at the counter to take orders for almost 10 mins. A young man finally did come take orders, but we placed our order for here to eat in house, and when we went to grab it, it was packaged as to go.

Panera on Gervais St is a friendly and quiet meeting spot for the morning time. I used to go to a big chain coffee shop down the block from them, and it was so noisy in there. Panera is so much better. Great coffee and baked goods.
