Unbelievably well-run Starbucks; I’d happily assert that it’s the best I’ve experienced anywhere.

The people who are on the staff here (right now at 10:40am on 8/15/2022) are unreal, proficient, kind, and well-informed. An operation like this doesn’t happen accidentally nor coincidentally.

A gentleman is going around cleaning tables and was asking us how we’re doing with our breakfast and drink. We couldn’t be better thanks to the amazing folks here!

The people at this location are different than other locations. I'm impressed because they are always moving. No downtown and if there is a break they are still moving ive noticed. Hard working bunch. The only thing they didn't ask is if I wanted it hot or cold but I should have told them myself. No matter because it was still awesome. Great job!!!!!!

Nice place to get ur Starbucks! Girls are amazing! Atmosphere is great, it would be nicer if it was more clean. Lits of rubbish on the floor every time i go there...

If you wish to use bathroom, ask for code, as there is a locker.

The employees here are all very friendly and coffee is made quickly. They make the BEST white chocolate mocha (hot and cold) out of ANY Starbucks!! Thank you guys for helping me get through my work day!

Great coffee, clean, and had a couple tables outside, which my wife and I enjoyed greatly. It was a good time!

Two of the workers were very friendly and helpful. We had a nice chat, since the place was not very busy at the moment.
Met a quiet young man seated in the back resting his weary bones. I asked if he was traveling or hovering. We had coffee.

I go to this location every weekend. By Saturday, they're usually out of my favorite almond croissants, but they usually have other yummy stuff. The staff are super easy-going, polite, and eager to help. This is my favorite location, and it's gotten to the point where Liz pretty much knows what I'm getting. She addresses me by name whenever I walk in and has a smile on her face, as does Denny, Elsa, and pretty much everyone else. Always a great experience for me.

THIS is brother Mike, and I just wanted share some GOOD NEWS 🗞, with you all again. I just so happened to be around the way and I wanted to look in and see 🙈 what was happen, before I did my thing. Now, I found my self in the wrong neck 🧣 of the 🪵 woods, but I wanted share my experience where I might be going okay. As far I could see 👀 inside, it all looked clear and the customers are happy 😁 and calm as if nothing going to happen, so that's the place for me you see. I'm not into violence just survival my environment, like Mr. Magic 🪄 said " POP OR BE POP , KILL OR BE KILLED, 💧 OR DROP BE DROPPED ", do what you have 2, so I did it, now .. as was saying, Starbucks is very fine establishment and has plenty to offer to your average customer like me, my phycotherpist and I had very intellectual conversation over Google meet via Starbucks WiFi service network, just sit 🪑 outside and Link 🔗 up and you can talk 🦜 and travel 🧳 the planet for free. Well... It's time to get off my soap 🧼 box 🎁 and head 🗣 down the alley towards Kroger's, be supper time in a few and I need some fiber in my diet so say the doctor 👩🏼‍⚕,heard gun 🔫 shots but nothing to worried about, being a ghost 👻 weapons don't work, it's like walking through rain 🌧 💧 drops, like i said it's good news 🗞, but maybe not for you. Holy crowds Batman. This is one busy Starbucks. However, they do a good job of managing the chaos, and I have never had to wait long. Its Starbucks, and not much more. While there are better coffee joints, none is closer to the office.

The people there are nice there are friendly to customers that come there to get coffee all kinds of stuff they look like they are having fun what they do there they work as a team like a family too just want to say that to the Starbucks store thanks for severe there downtown Cincinnati please look at my post please thank you so much they sever five stars

Very pleased with the staff and their service here. Cool place and friendly people. If I didn't know what I want (pretty much tried everything on their menu), they can always come up with some great mixed drinks.
