Achita Sushi

The best sushi I have ever had! I love to try new sushi places wherever I am or live and this is one of my favorites for sure :) The staff are very nice and friendly. The food is fresh and always delicious! I tried the spider roll today and it was amazing! I also had the shrimp tempura, kanpachi, black snapper, an eel hand roll and green tea tempura fried ice cream! All of it was amazing and the presentation was just as great as the food and flavors! If I could give Achita Sushi ten stars I would!! ❤⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We have been coming to Achita for over 5 years. IMO by far the best quality fish for Nigiri. They have a large selection of speciality rolls. They have a lunch special which comes with miso soup, edamame, an assortment of 5 pieces of nigiri sushi, and one speciality roll. We ordered the lunch special along with several other items from the bar. The owner Jay is always so polite, and always takes the time to make small talk. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Achita never disappoints. Their sushi is good quality and the service is always consistent and on par. They recognize their regulars and appreciate that they return and they're not afraid to show it in front of everyone else. The baked crab hand roll is something I have a hard time finding elsewhere.

Best Iv Ever Had! I ordered the seared tuna cospochia. I asked them if they could add some sprouts or cucumber or something fresh. Was best Iv ever had! I'll be back!

This is the real deal. Small private shop with a unique roll and special selection. There are classics here but the 'secret sauce' is the many unique dishes. Plenty of outdoor seating. The price is a tad high, but it's quality cuts.

Great idea with their Small Bites menu. You can try a number of their appetizers and rolls for an affordable price. Friendly staff and great food.

Very busy sushi place with good prices. Service was friendly but it did take awhile to wait for things as they seemed understaffed on the Friday evening I went. Rolls and nigiri were yummy— the fish was good also.

The sushi here is just excellent and tastes so fresh! I really wish I had a place like this back home because I would definitely come here often.

The customer service is also really good and friendly although so far, I’ve only ordered takeout. However I am positive eating in here would be a 10/10 experience!

Best crispy rice in town! Perfect amount of spicy tuna, crunch, and sauces! Order right away because it takes awhile.

Delivery Order: I usually don't get this service when I pace an order for delivery. But the tempura and soft shell crab both came warm, the soup arrived HOT and sushi was perfect. WOW - I really like this place! Great job you all!!! Yay - 5 Stars!

Best sushi in the area. I moved here from San Francisco and after trying almost every sushi place around here, I had pretty much given up to find a quality place that doesn't make giant rolls with insane amounts of rice and nothing but disgusting imitation crab mix inside. I was so excited when I saw the Achita menu with scallop sashimi and ankimo among other fresh fish options. We ordered 10 items from the menu and everything was so delicious and fresh. Most rolls feature fresh fish inside and out, which is what sushi really should be. This is our go-to sushi place from now on. ❤

I have frequented this place starting during COVID. I would have never done take out sushi prior to the restaurant closure but Achita was really good. This was and is our go to sushi place in Santa Clarita now. Really good fresh sushi, really good to-go options. They will sometimes have Toro but it's limited, but instead try their Blue Fin, Albacore Belly, or Big eye which are all awesome. they also make a really good black snapper sushi dish that has a nice citrus garnish. This is probably one of the best sushi restaurants in SCV.

Excellent! Pleasantly surprised for a strip mall location. Loved the Mangorita and Lemon rolls, along with the Salmon Skin roll.

Not the cheapest nor the most expensive sushi in Valencia, but the quality of their sushi was absolutely top-notch when I ate there. I had the tuna, salmon and yellowtail sushi. Each piece was fresh and melted in my mouth. This is a small restaurant and very clean. I will eat there again.

Absolutely outstanding. Professional sushi chefs, great selection, creative menu, and incredibly fresh, tasty fish at reasonable prices. I won't go to any other sushi place in SCV or in LA. Rivals or exceeds sushi and sashimi I have had in SF and Paris.
