Starbucks

The batistas were clearly busy, I ordered my drink but it took about 15 minutes for it to be made. Everyone who worked there was super nice, even to the two women who bothered them every minute about their drinks. I was about ready to tell them that the more they bother the employees the longer their drinks are going to take but instead took their photos :) shame on them, good job starbucks employees!

The girl in the drive thru was super. Honestly I always enjoy my drive thru experiences and tasty coffees (they even get the perfect amount when I ask for light skim milk!).

This location is the bees knees.

Wish I knew the woman's name who made my frappe, best Starbucks drink I ever had. I wish my local Starbucks was this good. It was perfection.

Can't speak from experience from going to this location in person, but I frequently order from Starbucks through Uber Eats, and today it came from this location. After my order is submitted I get a call from the location saying they were out of my preferred sandwich. While I like the chicken caprese, I was thankful they let me know in advance, and didn't mind getting a different sandwich(you really can't go wrong in my opinion). And then when u received my order, they left this note, and it is so amazing they took the extra few seconds to write this. My order was an hour late, but they made sure I was happy with the order, and that was worth the wait. So thank you from a satisfied nursing home employee!

The place was super busy this morning and packed to the rafters because of a promo giveaway of a holiday cup. Despite that this Starbucks had a system down pat and drinks came out with very little delay. They had a greeter who took everyone's name and made sure they had their drink order. It was really great to see, especially with so many people during a pandemic. This starbucks really knows what they are doing.

I go every single morning. Emma is great!!! Love her she always makes my drinks AMAZING! She’s always so upbeat.

This is the only location that still makes the medicine ball correctly to the "t"

3 stars not because of the staff but Starbucks with all the money they make can probably afford to open up more stand alone Starbucks. Every Starbucks I’ve been to is always in a strip mall and the lines for drive thru are always so long! So somehow we have to find a way of not being in the way of cars trying to get into the strip mall. Some people don’t care about other cars and will block the entrance for other cars trying to get to chipotle or whatever other stores.

Staff is great. Hard workers and friendly. They get 5 stars!

I originally had given 3 stars but I changed my mind because it’s not fair to this Starbucks since my complaint was more for the strip mall it’s in. So 5 stars for the wonderful crew!

Note that I am not giving a five-star review to Starbucks restaurants in general. Just to this specific store.

They are genuinely nice, not that over the top, melodramatic fake type of nice. They move their traffic through very promptly, which is also extremely uncommon for any drive-thru Starbucks. They're quick and precise. Plus they never miss an opportunity to give out a Pup Cup (or 3) 🐕🐕🐕

I’ve had nothing but excellent service at this Starbucks, and the staff here are the friendliest and most helpful staff I’ve ever had in a coffee shop! I’m particular, Rachelle and Sophie have been exceedingly helpful and friendly! They know who I am just by the sound of my voice, go out of their way to find blonde coffee grounds for me, even tho I come by late in the evening since I work overnight shifts, help me pick out replacement ingredients if they’re totally out of what I’m trying to order, and even draw animals on my cups whenever I come by! They’re going far above and beyond what should ever be expected of a worker at Starbucks, and I really hope their management knows how great they are, as well as the rest of their team! They make this nurse’s night whenever I come through their drive thru, and I definitely plan on calling the day manager this weekend to find out if there’s a more direct way to ensure they get recognized for their excellent work. If someone at corporate sees this, all the workers at this location deserve immediate raises!

Just picked up a venti chai latte cold. The service here is always amazing! Drew however just made my whole day! His energy plus this coffee is a great way to start the day. Thank you for hyping me up lol

10/10 Would recommend. My favorite Starbucks location because of the employees! They are always friendly and you can tell they try to work fast because this is a BUSY location! (Other reviews say the wait is too long..that’s because it’s a busy store!) they work out a system to call out mobile orders and regular orders. On multiple occasions one employee is solely in charge of calling out names in front, makes things easier. Oh, and the drinks are good too

Definitely my favorite Starbucks location - the employee's are the BEST! We had pretty big order (19 Drinks + a few food items). We were in the line for the drive thru (because the cafe was closed and mobile ordering was down) for no longer than 15 minutes. The employees are always the best and quick and soooo respectful/nice. They always make the drinks PERFECT and the food is always delish!!! I honestly never leave a review for anywhere but me and my coworkers said that we should. Thank you to the employee's at this location for being so awesome, respectful and QUICK! <3

Fantastic customer service!!! Jill and her team have been amazing the last few years that I’ve gone to this Starbucks location. As a regular Starbucks consumer, this location in particular has gone out of its way to relate to the consumer, make connections and interact with everyone...even if it’s really busy. And to top everything off, they have always done my drink correctly!

Every Starbucks has its own unique flavor. This is the third time I have been to this location. Each time I visit the restaurant is extremely busy. The staff is great and very helpful. They cannot do anything about the cramped quarters. What I found unique about this location is the wall diorama about the life of the coffee bean. I include a couple pictures of this work of art dedicated to the coffee bean.

I've been to this starbuck numerous times and they're great. Today I had accidentally forgotten to order my latte at 140° and asked if they had already made it. They did but immediately began making another cooler one! I felt so bad that they went through the trouble but very appreciative. :) Happy Fall!

Lot of people in line all at once. They handled the line quickly (given the fact that they make everything custom of course) and my drink was perfect. They had a nice attitude also. I always figure people get a bit frazzled when there are rushes like that. This location is always super solid. :)

My husband and I visit this location at least once a week. The inside staff is very friendly and helpful - but like any standard Starbucks, faster attention is paid to the drive-through so the wait times inside are a bit longer at points than I would prefer. There is also limited seating - and often single folks hoarding tables for 4 with their laptops and papers, even on weekends.

I'm not daily here since morning coffee out is more of a treat. I've been here often enough though and they are nice here and always do a good job with my order. Better prices than Dunkin donuts and they actually know how to make drinks. Appreciate the good attitudes and good products. :) It's a bonus that I can use my own cup since I'm trying to cut out one time usethings if possible.
