This location ALWAYS has great customer service, the food is always fresh tasting.. Very friendly staff, I asked for the manager, which tonight his name was Angel.. He was such a sweetheart, very respectful, friendly and just awesome.. I actually requested to speak to him, just to let him know what great service they always have, especially In the evening the times, and it's been a couple of times I have been and he gives me our food and he is always so friendly... keep up the great job Angel and staff 👏🏻

Its a typical McDonald's, nothing too special but I enjoy the order kiosks. Less stress on ordering. The dine-in area was a little messy, again typical McDonald's. Workers are straight to the point and get you your food. I had a spicy chicken sandwich and a strawberry milkshake, both were good.

Manager there last night is a really good guy, give him a raise please

Went through the drive-thru and had excellent service. Fries could have been hotter but still not bad. I had to go inside because they forgot my pie. Everyone makes mistakes.

This was my first visit to this location and they made an excellent first impression on me. The food, service, environment, and professionalism I experienced here was very good for a fast food restaurant. The quality is always persistent, juicy chicken sandwiches. The best chicken in the fast food game. The best chicken nuggets. Some people might not understand the “craze” but for those of us who do, 5 stars! Employees are friendly. Service was fast. My meal was ready by the time I was done paying. Thanks for the great experience!

About the triple cheeseburger. It was off the chain. There was three burgers and three cheese, lettuce tomatoes, onions, and pickle. Don't forget about the mail and the ketchup. I bought a large Sprite to press it down plus fries king size fries. Once again no one is not paying me for my opinion or my experience. I am just giving you how I feel about these places I have been to in Aurora Illinois.

This is my favorite McDonald’s. They are fast. The hash browns are my barometer on how good and fresh a McDonald’s franchise will be. If they keep the oil fresh the hash browns will be light, crispy and not leave a greasy taste in your mouth. This makes me assume they clean the equipment and change the cooking oils on a regular basis. Other McDonald’s have the soggy hash browns that are heavy with old nasty cooking oil. Lunch menu has always been fresh too. The people working drive through … particularly the lady’s are always friendly with a smile in the morning.

Delicious food warm and fresh. I had a McGriddle with just sausage and a hot tea with lemon and honey because I have a cold the people were very very nice the food was warm and delicious.

Great place to dine but needs a second drive thru. Each time it's lunch hour or dinner time the line goes almost all the way around or splits up in two. And they definitely need more parking. But the atmosphere inside is very calm and relaxing. But they had to lock the restrooms because of the homeless and it's proximity to downtown, so you might have to ask for them to unlock the door for you if you plan on using the restroom.

Customer service was great! The food came out fast when usually I'd have to wait a little. The food was warm and tasted fresh so there are no complaints from me!

This particular restaurant located in central Aurora happens to be busy very busy. Since covid and reopening they have sped up indoor takeout and dining yet and this is a big y e t ----food is fresh as busy as they are but you better check your bag the majority of the time people in line are coming from drive-thru to make their orders correct or people coming back from takeout to make their orders correct when you're asking for a value meal that they have on special every cashier has it seems to have a different understanding of what you're asking for when there's only maybe two deals going how do you question what you're selling or mistake the deal for for example the $3 bundle fries a McDouble fries I make chicken I say hey let me get the the bundle I'll take the double cheeseburger and so push comes to shove I get served go over to the dollar store stand in the shade and sure enough I got a single cheeseburger with fries three bucks Ronald McDonald can you show me my money?

Had no issues at this location really. Every now and again I usually get the same things staff is friend and the food is really enjoyable. It's nice to be able to peer over the kitchen and fries and seeing how the employees do their thing

Good old Macdonalds food, fast service and good deals with the Macdonalds app.

Quick stop for breakfast. Friendly quick service. Good was as ordered.

God bless all fast food workers putting up with the nonsense that is rude and ignorant behavior by most customers. The staff is great but the customer base is cringe.

McDonald's has been my favorite my whole life and with that survey you do on the receipt he did you get two Quarter Pounders with cheese for the price of one that is the best promotion I have and it's been going on for years and it only takes less than 5 minutes to do it on your phone

Jonathon was polite and courteous. Asked if I wanted a bigger bag for my order. Attention to detail. The small things matter alot.

Great place kids love it always busy but line moves fast and food is always good 👍
