Starbucks

Nice place. They moved it to across the street. On Market St in Leesburg. But Starbucks is always cold. But I love the windows for gazing and daydreaming. A nice hot coffee superb.

On way back from doctor’s office really early in the morning passed by this location which was my first time. Has a drive thru which is really busy ion the morning so I went inside to order my London Fog Latte Tea. Pretty busy but service was quick and lots of seating inside and outside.

It's a newer Starbucks and has plenty of room for you to hang out all day and read/study/work remotely.

Update: I must say there has been a 100 percent turn around. The store is always open the manager is now always working behind counter. Not sure how or why but well done. All of my concerns/complaints are totally gone well done end of update This is the worst manage Starbucks I ever been too. The inside is never open and I see the manage sitting on their A** in a booth staring at a laptop. If they are so short on staff that they can’t open then why isn’t the manage working behind counter. In addition another SB 10 miles away is just as busy and somehow mange’s to be fully open with four people. I think this store needs a change in management update: I love the non responds I got. Totally worthless. Why not try and address the issue instead of a non responds.

As usual, Starbucks keeps providing extraordinary customer service and welcoming shopping/visit experience.

The staff and the supervisor or the manager of the store during my visit today, they all were friendly, polite, communicative, and super helpful.

This is absolutely by far my favorite Starbucks to go to! The staff are friendly and they make delicious drinks compared to the ones that I’ve been to in the area. I specially love love love Justin because he is extremely kind, has a positive and radiating energy, very sweet, and a very positive and giving attitude!
They are also very patient and always are willing to modify my drinks to meet my dietary restrictions and requirements. I highly recommend going here even if its a little out of your way. Personally, I drive from Round Hill to go to THIS specific Starbucks because of Justin’s super positive energy and their delicious drinks.

I'm a traveling construction worker and my one caveat to civility is stopping at Starbucks on the way home. Without question, this store has been the highlight of my day more than once.
Staff ridiculously helpful and on point when deciphering my utterances when asked what I would like. Im not sure who the manager is, but if the way I'm treated is an example of their training or expectations, well done.

Very friendly and helpful staff, got my order pretty quickly considering the huge drive through line.

Wow. I truly cannot commend the Starbucks Leesburg Plaza location enough. Not only are their drinks deliciously customizable, their bakery items are impeccable and their sandwiches never miss. But beyond their culinary masterpieces, the Leesburg Plaza Starbucks is employed by some of the kindest, most hardworking and talented individuals I have had the absolute pleasure of meeting in all my Starbucks experience. Specifically, Elaine and Jacob never fail to brighten my day with their mask covered smiles and scrumptious beverages in hand, this location is truly the epitome of what every Starbucks dreams to be. Visiting the Leesburg Plaza Starbucks location is the highlight of my day as I have never, will never, and could never even imagine being let down by the baristas. Praise be to the Leesburg Plaza Starbucks.

Great new store across the street from old location. Staff is awesome, very helpful, courteous and patient with even the rudest of customers...of which there are unfortunately many. They have never been drive through until now so be patient people or drive some where else in your fancy cars. :)

This is the greatest coffee shop I've ever been to. For starters, it's huge. With a fireplace, 6 large leather chairs and many, many tables and chairs, it has become the gathering place that coffee shops were originally meant to be.
Aside from a couple of opinionated, entitled, intolerant, grumpy old customers who occasionally feel compelled to voice their dissatisfaction about either the music, the other customers taking "their chair"'(remember, entitled) or life in general, the atmosphere is wonderfully welcoming and conducive to both social conversation and real work being done on laptops by a beautiful diversity of business people and students alike.
The staff is truly the best. Their accuracy and speed in their service is second only to their humanity, kindness, healthy sense of humor and sense of fun. I have yet to pick up my twice daily coffee without a smile or laugh. And I've been coming here for many years.
They treat EVERYONE with respect and kindness and when faced with asking a homeless person to leave because that person's lack of purchase but use of chair has upset one of the entitled regulars, they instead buy that person a drink with money out of their own pocket. Now THAT is how you treat and keep customers. As a business owner myself, I am truly impressed at how they can serve so many people so fast yet remember the regulars by name and drink.
I literally get greeted when I open the door- before I've even gotten in line. I challenge you to find another chain store where this happens.
Starbucks could do a case study on how all stores should be run based on this place.

This is the best starbucks ever. When i pulled up from the drive thru i was greeted by a young lady named kristen. She was the sweetest person ever and she complimented my sweater! Love this place

Wonderful friendly service at this Starbucks location.

Steph is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! We drove through for some coffee today, she was super funny and really brightened our day coming through the drive through. It was my first time at this Starbucks, but it will be my coffee home from now on!!!

We had a coupon which was not working somehow but they still gave us coffee for free. We bought a coffee mug and it was great but we would love to see more gifting options. The lady at the store who helped us was very helpful and cooperative.

Love this location except for the unicorn that is loose in the lobby seemingly only when a particular employee is working. Even though I am all about the whimsy,this beast is constantly whinnying.I've also noticed lately that it has been poking holes in the nice furniture.I am not certain if this creature is a mode of transportation or a service animal for said employee,but I do find it a distraction.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations not only for the speedy service during the morning rushes but also for the interactions with with baristas. One partner in particular is Sierra, she has taken the time to not only remember my usual order, but also to get to know me on a personal level. It's clear to see her passion for her job, partners, and her patrons; Sierra and this Starbucks will always be my favorite part of the morning.

Good, fast service... Not something you find at all Starbucks!

Uh guys, hate to break it to you but that is not my mother. She's a regular who has been a part of that store long before I got it. She's friendly to me, so I'm friendly back, just like all the other regulars. Please don't write about things you don't know. My family lives in a completely different state...
If a customer or her children bother you, feel free to say something to her face about it like adults instead of posting such irrelevant comments online :) these reviews are for Starbucks, not your feelings on other customers.
