April was very friendly and informative. She helped us decide on a sandwich thanks to her recommendation and it was really good! We will definitely be back!

Had to grab a quick coffee before hitting the road again. The young lady working alone that night wore a tired look, yet she managed to keep a smile on her face while preparing my coffee.

This Starbucks is conveniently located right across the street from the Metra train station in Mount Prospect. The service is always great, even at busy times. The staff are nice and friendly. The last time I went in there, they had run out of a flavor shot I really wanted, so they kindly made me a fancier coffee blend drink at no additional charge. They also took the time to check my two Starbucks gift card balances for me. There are plenty of tables inside, and in summer they will put a small seating area outside.

Nice friendly people get your order right every time.

Great people. Great coffee.

We have stopped here several times and it's always busy but the service is always friendly and expedient. Baristas always greet you with a smile and have never gotten our order wrong. It's an oasis of calm in the chaos of our early morning commute.

The staff is wonderful, quick, and precise. They seem genuinely happy to work there, and have no qualms and no bad attitude about fixing an order. Plenty of indoor and outdoor room to sit and enjoy your coffee and/or food while waiting on the train.

I always enjoy going to the downtown Mount Prospect Starbucks. I'm not much for sitting there alone by myself, but I do like to go to meet people and occasionally just for a carry-out cup of tea. I love their black tea with lots of almond milk. Yesterday I tried it hot and frothy for the first time, and I think I'll do it that way from now on, yum! The people there are VERY nice, and always very accommodating. I always get the feeling that they are on MY side. I've never had one bad experience at this Starbucks. Now, I just wish they would start to carry some gluten-free, dairy-free products besides the rice krispie treats, and I might start eating something there too, LOL!

I came in for Happy Hour, hoping i could share a hot coffee with my date. Unfortunately she was having trouble loading the "coupon" into her account. It sucked because we had no idea why it wasn't loading or atleast giving us the option to load it onto the account. Anyways, my review is for the customer service we got. April our cashier, didn't look like she was in the mood to explain what we were doing wrong or give us any advice in how to fix our problem. So we left, with no coffee, with a bad mood, feeling like we werent treated right. Maybe April was having a bad day, or maybe thats the way shes. But ill never know because im not going to this Starbucks again.

Coffee is good. Espresso shots are tasty, as are the coffee cakes and other pastries.

Above all, the staff is friendly and happy to serve cyclists (will refill bottles with ice water, for instance). Ample outdoor seating to stay with a bike without a lock and tons of windows to watch over it if it is too cold to sit outside.

My favorite Starbucks in the area. The staff here is exceptional, especially Barista April, more do than any other Starbucks that I've ever visited. I'm not certain why they like their jobs so much but it's reflected by their excellence.

All the employees are down to earth people and they serve at a fast pace on top of that! This Starbucks has a more “home-y” feel to it.

Despite being very busy when i got here, they delivered my coffee very quickly, and it was actually very good. Sometimes my drink doesnt taste as it should, but their haste did not affect the quality of the drink .

The staff is always kind and grateful when you have patience with them when they are busy.

Hoping bucks in downtown Mt. Prospect. Tiny seating area but very friendly service and fast output. Interesting to see lots of really young people here. Early teens up to 20. Almost like a hangout. LOL

Wonderful staff as well a great morning atmosphere for there guests the only issues I’ve had are there bathroom doors one time where broken(fixed the next day). If your ever in a hurry stop on in there great.

Glad they are open. Waiting on indoor sitting though. Like their changing chalk drawings e.g. Among Us. Nice staff et all. Just another neighborly Starbucks 😉
