Recently, I had the opportunity to visit The Sensory Lab by ASIP, and my overall experience was quite delightful. The standout feature of the place was undoubtedly the friendly and welcoming staff. From the moment I walked in, their warm greetings set a positive tone for my visit.

The atmosphere and layout of the coffee shop were equally impressive. The design created a cozy and inviting space, making it an ideal spot to relax or catch up with friends. The carefully curated art on the walls added a touch of character and uniqueness to the ambiance, making it a visually appealing environment.

One of the highlights of my visit was the beautiful presentation of the coffee. Each cup was crafted with precision, and the attention to detail was evident in the intricate designs on the foam. It added an extra layer of enjoyment to my coffee-drinking experience.

However, it's important to note that the overall positive impression was slightly marred by the condition of the couch. Unfortunately, visible stains on the upholstery were quite off-putting. This detail stood out, especially considering the otherwise well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing environment. It would be great if the management could address this issue to maintain the high standards set by the rest of the establishment.

In conclusion, The Sensory Lab by ASIP offers a delightful atmosphere, friendly service, and beautiful coffee presentation. Despite the minor setback with the stained couch, I would still recommend it for a cozy coffee experience.

My sister and l came to check out whole bean coffee prices and online ordering possibilities on our way through town. In the process, she bought a small cup of Sumatran (one of her favorites). She says any coffee that tastes good enough to drink black is fantastic. The Sumatran was fantastic. The person at the counter was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. There are beans available from countries that she's never had samples from. The bean prices are reasonable. She will probably be ordering online, and will definitely stop by again anytime she comes north.

We are on our way back to the Bay Area from Yosemite, and so glad we have found this place! Staff here is super friendly and the atmosphere is very minimalistic and zen.

The Ichigo Matcha Latte is 10/10! Their strawberry purée is made in house and the sweetness level is perfect.

I thoroughly enjoy my breve lattes here. It's been a bit frustrating. They had to temporarily close again due to some remodeling issues. But it was worth the wait. They are open again! I was there yesterday, 03/01/23. I love the new place. It's very roomy and the baristas are fantastic as always.

New location but same great coffee and service. The Mexican Mocha is my year-round favorite.

Best place for coffee lovers. Medium roast beans for espresso. Choice of beans for pour over.

We have traveled across the country, trying local coffee shops and none compare to the quality of coffee at ASIP. We live in Austin, TX and often think about coming back to Merced for a cup of coffee from here!

The coffee is so well crafted, the chocolate croissants are so tasty, and the vibe at this new location is perfect!

I've only had good coffee like this in Melbourne, Australia (well known for their coffee culture). They use their own Sumatra beans for espresso drinks.

Best coffee in Merced, no questions asked! It’s also nice and cool inside the shop even in the hot Central Valley summer.

I love ASIP's new location - love the atmosphere, delicious coffee, and helpful staff. The drinks are on the pricey side, but are definitely worth the price.
