SO GOOD. Service was great, atmosphere was so cool - it’s a little movie theater! And the food and drinks were fantastic. I had the foghorn leghorn chicken sandwich and it was phenomenal. I had the mule and the cheese curds too. Definitely get the cheese curds.

Wowww!!! 👌🏽 I am wildly impressed with this place! Super modern ambiance and a kick-back-like environment. Excellent food- creative and interesting flavor and texture combinations, quality, fresh ingredients and a diverse menu! Popped in for brunch on a Sunday (brunch is served on Saturday and Sunday until 2 pm) and its not to be missed! Perfection 🤌🏼 in all the options we tried- from a Nitro Iced Latte (with a subtle maple flavoring 🍁- nods to Michigan Maple products peppered throughout the menu), a Milk and Honey (whipped Ricotta and an actual honeycomb), a Southern twist on an Eggs Benedict and the young one in our crew had some of the fluffiest French Toast I've tasted to date, from the kids menu served with a side of bacin and *actual* fruit (pineapple ans watermelon!). This place was worth every cent! Server, Andrew, provided us with excellent service and care, and had detailed answers for our questions about the history of the building and how that ties into the restaurants decor today! The giant projector you'll see on the wall was the same space used for movies in the old theater! (Thank you, Andrew!). Easily a new mqt favorite. ((Wonders if they'd recognize me if I popped in for dinner today also 🥸🕵‍♂)) 🤣😜
Tip: There is two hour parking (unmetered) one block up moving away from downtown behind and up the hill from the parking garage.

Absolutely amazing! I loved everything I ordered! My eggs 🍳 were perfectly yolky the way I like them which was a total score! Appropriate portion sizes. The milk & honey was absolute heaven! We will definitely be back to try more! Today we tried their weekend brunch menu.

Amazing! The milk and honey appetizer was incredible. My salad and husbands burger were also delicious. They were so welcoming to our dog on the patio and our server was so kind.

Great dinner. We had the Foghorn Leghorn and Giovanni sandwiches. Both were fantastic. Service was spot on, and the time from ordering to getting food was fast. Note: we went early on a Monday evening.

We have no complaints! So, so good!
This restaurant is also very inclusive of gluten allergies and dairy intolerance. We were able to customize our food. I would HIGHLY recommend the gluten free dulce de leche banana bread. We couldn’t get enough!

Absolutely loved the experience! It was the perfect combination of nerdy and nice! We asked to get a closer table to see the screen and they kindly let us move. We watched “Big” while eating delicious meals! Don’t fill up too much because the desserts are amazing. Lots of great gluten friendly options and good mocktails as well.

We loved this dog friendly bistro for a light dinner downtown in Marquette. The falafel and steak salads were amazing! They made a doggy burger for our dog who loved every morsel. Super friendly staff and great service.

My husband and I were in town for our 4 year wedding anniversary. It was recommended by a local to give this place a try - and boy did we love it! It was so good while we were there my husband reserved a table for the following night!! Let's break it down.

Atmosphere - trendy, friendly spot. They had live music the first night. I loved that you can see the kitchen from the dining room.

Staff - very friendly and helpful. Excellent service!

Price - reasonable for the type of food ordered.

Food -
Cheese Curds - 🔥🔥🔥best in town!!

Burger - my husband said this was the BEST burger he's ever had!! That's high praise from him!

Fries - very very good, flavorful, not super greasy.

Salmon Risotto - WOW 😍 It was so delicious! Balsamic reduction, served with fried brussels and it was sooooo good!!

Salad - I loved the freshness and the pickled onions. Salad dressing was amazing!

Ribs - WOW 😍 They were probably the best I've ever had. So much flavor.

Cookie Skillet - Warm, tasty and sooooo good!

Wine - 10/10.

If you are anywhere in the area - you've GOT to eat here!!

Amazing food, fun atmosphere since the building is an old cinema, and great service. My husband got the duck and I got the Ricotta Gnudi which were both delicious with flavor profiles you can’t find anywhere else…at least where we’ve been. 10/10 can’t wait to visit Marquette again just for this food!

Excellent food and good attentive service!

Our family of 6 visited Delft Bistro in Marquette, MI on July 2, 2022 for dinner. Even though we didn't have a reservation and the place was packed we got seated on the second floor after a very short wait.

The food was delicious and service was efficient, friendly, and attentive.
Cheese curds appetizer was so good that we ordered one more. Burrata was worth doing the same, but we had to save the room for entrees :) And entrees were very good!

The restaurant is located in a historic building of a former theater and has a nice interior.

Appetizers:
Cheese curds - can't stop on these!
Burrata - absolutely delicious taste created by nicely chosen set of ingredients
Portabella Salad - very good

Mains - all great! :
Caprese Melt
Duck
Steak Frites
Pesto Pappardelle
Pesto Pappardelle with Salmon

There were a couple of things that could be improved:
Brussels Sprouts side was somewhat over-fried
Duck entree could have a bit more duck. 4 out 5-6 pieces of duck it had had a very tough not chewable part on one side. It's understood it could be such a part of duck :) but then add few more pieces...
Portabella Salad - I don't see how bacon fits into this otherwise great salad. It's not in any other salads on the menu and it seems the way to do it :)

We highly recommend this restaurant if you are in Marquette! It's certainly worth going!

Courtney was our server today and she made us feel welcome and right at home! She is a very knowledgeable and warm server! Much appreciated.

I love the staff here, they are accommodating and kind. Kelsey is another great server!

Try to catch the Wallens or Brody when they play at brunch and order the french toast. You will be one happy camper!

Super cute, great service, DELICIOUS food. I love that there’s a movie screen you can see from most anywhere. We both got chicken sandwiches, his was spicy and mine was not. Had the poutine, it was amazing. He had the Flaming Flamenco drink and I had the Strawberry Rhubarb Gimlet. Both were made really well. They really abide by COVID regulations and even though we had a 9pm reservation and they closed at 10pm, we never felt rushed.

Omg! 🤩 This place is so quaint! Old movie theater turned into restaurant. Patio outside & dog 🐶 🤗 friendly!! Super nice wait staff. This hibiscus ice tea is the bomb, boyfriend enjoyed 2 local beers. Dogs were so good! Falafel sandwich and the cut burger were so tasty.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this place. I have been working my way all around the Upper Peninsula looking for the best cocktails and food. I was very impressed by Delft! For food I had the Burrata, the Beets Neapolitan, and the Falafel Slider. All incredible! Then for cocktails I had the Barbara Ann, La Passione, and Fifth Ave. Barbara Ann was my favorite! Thanks to my amazingly sweet and helpful bartender India! Can’t wait to come back and try more. 💞

Have you ever had food so good it was slightly vulgar?

Don’t snooze on this place.

Hopefully you’re lucky enough to have Maddy as your server. Made my girlfriend’s birthday!

We visit the UP every year and a visit to Delft is always a must. The food is delicious, staff is always friendly and you can catch a bit of a film while enjoying your food. I’m gluten free and there’s plenty of options. We love the Brussels sprout appetizer in any seasonal form and the burgers

Love this place for brunch. Portions sizes are fair and certainly a little spendy, but they clearly put in effort to make the food stand out. Also a staff full of personality.

Food was delicious, atmosphere was cool and unique. Service was a bit slow but it was a busy night. Loved the gluten free and vegan options. The mocktail I had was delicious as well! Really made my dining experience 5-stars!
