Absolutely wonderful staff. Joshua was so amazing and helpful when I called this morning for an emergency visit. When I came in the staff member who helped me check in was also very friendly. Bree was the dental assistant who helped me today - she was so so kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and very helpful. She made sure I had all my questions answered before leaving the office. The doctor I saw was also very knowledgeable and gave me reassurance and comfort in choosing them for my dental needs. Great place!

I always have good experiences here. The dental assistant Amy (I think that’s her job title) is probably my favorite person to have working on my teeth. Everyone there is great, but Amy knows what’s up, and always makes sure I’m comfortable and pain-free. I’m at a point where I requested having her whenever possible because I trust her with my dental health. Today, I went in for an early appointment during a snowstorm in sweats, intending to rest a bit while having a crown installed, and she even let me wear the X-ray blanket as if it was a weighted blanket for some extra comfort and warmth. She also let me choose my flavor of topical anesthetic, which I found pretty fun.

Also, the mango flavor of the topical tastes and smells like mango for the first five seconds before you start tasting the actual meds… at which point, all I can describe it as is 🌶 spicy 🌶…. But tropical spicy? Kinda like Tajin seasoning.

It’s an hour+ drive and very well worth it. The staff is so nice and respectful In the sense they listen, the care, make you feel very comfortable, very detailed in what they are doing, the Dr is comical. You just feel like been going there for years.

Knowledgable, friendly, and informative staff! I usually hate the dentist but they were very gentle and made my experience very calm and enjoyable. Would highly recommend for any dental work needed!

They were very prompt getting me in for my appointment. They helped me make decisions about my dental care with knowledge from experience and also answered my insurance questions them selves with their own initiative. I will definitely go back for my future dental care needs. Thank you My Community Dental Centers u exceeded my needs and did it with me one in one!

These professionals, from the reception through the completion of the visit bent over backwards to get me in. I had moved from out of state, no dentist, and had “popped a crown”. I had called the number to apply as a new patient which was quick and easy. Unfortunately they said it would be 24 to 48 hours before they would get back with me for the paperwork to complete. I mentioned this to the lady at the reception (unfortunately I did not get her name, but she made everything happen) she handed me a clipboard and form and said someone would be with me in a little bit. Didn’t wait long till Kayla (a great conversationalist) escorted me to the chair and started the process immediately. Dr. Marchant was quick, efficient and very professional. A slight lingering pain I had before the tooth popped disappeared. He then explained why the tooth popped and offered suggestions. Very professional and comfortable place.

My 4 year old foster son had 2 small cavaties filled today. The doc was amazing with him. When we left my son said That was Fun!!!! How often do you hear that in a dental office waiting room

I was seen emergently for a broken molar… I was in pain and anxious. From the moment I walked through the door I was treated with kindness and compassion, which meant the world to me. Everyone was professional & knowledgeable explaining each step along the way. Dr. Allison Ladd was AMAZING! The extraction was difficult and she handled it calmly, professionally explaining what was happening, stopping to give more anesthetic as needed. It’s obvious to me as a health care professional myself, that this office & staff are dedicated professionals. I will definitely be continuing my dental health journey here!

Hello! HUGE shout out to My Community Dental for making me feel comfortable in an otherwise terrifying situation (for me). I fear the dentist office to the point of shaking, crying and running out. Not yesterday. A dental assistant named Bree (Spelling?) worked with me. Calm, kind and a beautiful bedside manner, she kept me pleasantly distracted and reassured me every step of the way. Huge difference from any dentist appointment I have ever had. She was efficient and quick with making my follow up appointments and care plan. Way to rock your profession lady! The team there is awesome!

It had been awhile since I had gone to the dentist. An embarrassingly long time. I was a little worried, but it turned out to be for nothing as the staff, from the front desk at the entrance to the well-oiled machine of a team they have in the back, we're simply top-tier throughout the entire visit and I couldn't be happier with them. I cannot wait to start taking serious care of my oral health again, and I have My Community Dental Health to thank for that.

Everyone was very cooperative. The tech was patient in asking questions and my answers to those questions. The Doctor was straight to the point. Says tooth was fine. No decay or reason to take tooth out. Receptionists , Catherine and Jolee were very nice and listened to my concerns. Office looks very nice also. I actually scheduled a cleaning. Dentist were never my favorite people. But I know I need to take care of my teeth!!! Everyone was just awesome!!!!!

That was one of the best cleaning I have ever had! The staff was very considerate and explained everything so well. Happy we made the move to this dental office

Thank you to Dr. Allison and Sammy her Dental assistant . I was very happy with the whole procedure. Sammy was a delight. She was kind and friendly as well as efficient and helpful. Dr. Allison was professional efficient and quick. Everyone I interacted with were personable, comforting and professional. I'll recommend My Community Dental Center whenever someone asks for a good dentist.

The staff was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable while helping to put my anxious child at ease. Having a dentist that will take walk ins on an emergency basis is an asset that is a wonderful benefit to our community.

I was having bad toothache pain for the past couple days, I finally called them up and they were more then helpful on getting my toothache taken care of. Very professional and very friendly environment to be in. Highly recommend check this place out.😊☺

The staff was so helpful and very nice! I was an emergency appointment and had to wait for about an hour. The hygienist was very gentle and overall, I received excellent care!

My hygienist did a good job explaining things to me and was gentle when scraping the tartar off my teeth! The office is nice and clean.

My ten year old had to have three teeth pulled today and we were both super nervous. The staff was amazing and the dentist who pulled her teeth was enthusiastic about providing her with a positive experience. We both left feeling relieved and in good spirits.

Very thorough visit and very patient and kind to my 4 year old nephew. Knowledgeable staff and clean, spacious waiting room and exam rooms.

They were great. The dental hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth the dentist checked out everything I couldn’t have asked for more.👍
