I recently had to remove asbestos from my house. GEO Environmental was recommended as 3rd party testing company. My experience with GEO Environmental was nothing short from pleasant, Eric Violante was both accommodating and punctual. Likewise they made the process very transparent addressing any concerns or questions I had with the process. Because we've had such positive experiences with them, I would contact them before doing anything related to asbestos or if I was considering buying a home that had or might contain asbestos. I had contacted GEO Environmental Co., Inc. to do a mold investigation of my newly rented apartment. I had found mold growth within my closets as well as in other areas of the apartment. I began to experience health complications. I reached out to GEO Environmental Co. Inc with my concerns and they immediately set up an appointment. They performed a thorough investigation of the apartment using different types of machines/meters. They spent a substantial amount of time performing all tests needed. After the testing was completed, they explained all findings to me and gave me suggestions on how to temporarily improve the problem until my landlord fixed the issue appropriately. Within a few days I received a full detailed report of findings as well as all testing results. I highly recommend this company. Very accommodating and professional!

As an architect, I needed the impact and understanding of asbestos & Lead-based paint resolved before we could proceed with the various Town permit requirements. Bob at Geo-Environmental was instrumental in getting our renovation job at a church/school on track - and quickly. Bob met with me on site so we could both get in our respective comfort zones and the client was able to move on to the construction phase with their purse intact and their community served. Client or architect/engineer, the firm is upbeat, non-rip off, and proactive on your behalf.
