Starbucks

We are visiting from out of town for work and everyday this Starbucks displayed amazing service. Jaiden (I’m probably misspelling) greeted us every morning with a smile, taking our order and making us feel important by remembering us. Today this kind of customer service is rare. I’m here to telling you it is alive and well with Jaiden and his teammates!
Keep smiling, and keep shining, it makes us all feel seen.

I get Starbucks all the time, And never have I been to one like this one! Jaiden was super kind and made my experience at his store unforgettable. Everyone was super kind and everyone was working, the bathrooms are also super clean. 10/10 customer service will definitely keep my loyalty at this specific location because of Jaiden

This Starbucks is great! The manager, Jaiden, was super helpful and quick to help when I had questions about the options they had that I could have. I’ll be back for sure.

The guys who were working the shift I visited had excellent customer service as most Starbucks employees do. They were Professional with an authentic excitement about them... Could have been the coffee or that they contrasted my mood at the time... I need coffee then and I need some now... excuse me while I go grab a cup.

Staffs are friendly and good atmosphere inside. It's nice place to study.

From my own professional personal preference, I think this is the most excellent coffee place open late. The large Mocha Frappuccino, this is always great.....

My daughter and I visited this Starbucks while we waited for an oil change, and Nick offered to make my daughter a whipped cream latte with caramel and sprinkles. It was the BEST thing ever - and it truly made her/our day! He was super kind and gracious. Thank you, Nick!

I was so impressed w the service today. After being today the only had one box of cranberry bliss bars the guy at the window found the second box I was looking for, saving me at lot of time two days before Christmas! He was cheerful, helpful & a joy to work with. Good job Starbucks!

My daughter and I go to this Starbucks quite often and every time our guy Nick is there he makes us laugh and enjoy our time there. Nick is always is a fun and happy mood and he shares it with everyone. We always leave giggling and laughing and make it home with a big smile on our faces. Feeling down and need to feel good with a little fun and laughs go to this Starbucks while Nick is there. Thanks Nick for so many smiles

I love.. LOVE the staff here! Super friendly and always informative as well as accommodating on their products. My go to! Highly recommend for their fast drive, quality customer service and friendly environment. Wither you rushing between appointments or work, or want to sit in the diner or even bask in the sun on their outer patio, you can always depend on a reliable and friendly experience.

Well, what can I say. I'm obligated to come here. I have over 5k stars from a credit card offer which I did to try out this place. Enough with the flexing. I never understood Starbucks because I didn't like overpriced drinks and food but it's actually pretty good. Service is great, food is good and they have a vast array of tasty drinks. Definitely has the best vegan sausage sandwich of any fast food restaurant even though I'm an omnivore. Will I come back after I run out of stars, probably not but if you want convenience, tasty food and drinks out of this world then come check it out.

It was good and delicious as usual. Got a little flustered for a few minutes when my drink order couldn't be found even though i ordered from the app via my phone ahead of time. But with that said, they hurried to find it and got it made and my panini and croissant came out hot and delicious too!

The staff here went above and beyond.
I dropped my coffee this morning (pewp start to a day) and they offered me another at no charge!
They greatly turned around a rough start to my day!!

Starbucks is my favorite place! I love coffee! My number one drink is a butterscotch latte with an extra shot of coffee. I think it's a seasonal drink but it was the best I had ever tried. I also love the hard gingerbread cookies they have at the check out for dipping in your coffee, really good. Enjoy your day!

I absolutely love going to this Starbucks at least once a week on my way to work. Even when the line is long, they are always calm and friendly and treat to like you are the only person in the line. I recently went to another location and definitely learned my lesson. There is a reason why I always go to the Ogden location. These guys are the best!

A great experience through the drive through. The barista was so sweet, he definitely deserves a raise for his excellent customer service. I wish I would've caught his name.
