Best Starbucks I’ve ever been to based on customer service! The nicest baristas

Here quite convenient, it's very close to my hotel

Julia assisted me this morning and she was not only so personable and kind, but so incredibly knowledgeable. I’m dairy free because of my baby being dairy intolerant and she helped describe my different options. Julia made all the difference here!

The baristas we're amazing and they had my drink when I got there (Because I ordered through mobile) Also my Strawberry Frappuccino® Blended Beverage Créme tasted amazing! (Shown below)

I never had a bad experience at this Starbucks! My orders are always right and the staff are always pleasant. The lemon loaf cake and cake pops are delicious!!!

I walked down here on my lunch. I wasn't sure what sandwich I wanted, but the young lady who took my order was incredibly helpful in making up my mind. She even came around the counter to show me an item I had missed - which ended up being exactly what I wanted. Then, the wait between ordering and receiving my drink was nothing at all. I will definitely keep this in the mix for future lunchtime options.

All the barista's are super friendly and the store has a great environment. If you're in a hurry, this is the place to stop at; they are quick and my drink is always right! I love coming in every so often to get my beverage. It's like a second home. Love you 88 E Broad Starbucks!

This is my favorite downtown Columbus SB. First, it's an official store. So purchases here count toward star rewards and you can redeem rewards here.
Second, the staff here is great. This location gets really busy but the staff always keeps their cool and gets people's food and drinks or without mistake.
I highly recommend mobile ordering from here as it gets pretty busy Monday through Friday.

So happy this place opens at 5:30. Had to come because the coffee in my complex was broken. I’m excited to come back because there are tons of places to set up laptops and work. There’s even space to work right by the window and see people all day outside. Overall clean and nice workers.

Pleasant! As usual. My favorite Starbucks, hands down! If I had the time to drive downtown every single time I wanted Starbucks, this would be the one I would come to. But living on the southwest part of Columbus, it's a little more convenient to visit one in Grove City. 😤
To be completely honest I have went out of my way to get my coffee from here, on several occasions! Just sayin!

Awesome Starbucks with outdoor seating! NOT dirty when I went in and friendly staff on duty. Also, if you approach the Key Bank Building (in which this Starbucks is located) on the left side sidewalk on Broad facing 3rd you'll see a painting on the building wall of the church and scene ahead. Something neat to check out.

Despite the line reaching the door at certain times of the day the staff is always friendly and fast and they remember my order and name when I walk in despite seeing so many customers every day. That's unexpectedly good service. Above and beyond.

I can’t say enough good ~ my drinks were amazing (frappe and refresher lemonade so idk about the coffee), and there was some truly amazing art all around! I wish I could’ve stayed in Ohio longer just to come here more and get to know the staff.

Love the coffee as usual and the people here are very nice staff and customers but this is true at most Starbucks...this location gets busy in rushes at the mornings lunch and evening break times for the businesses around...though it is usually pretty quite and even when busy except lunch hour it gets back to low occupancy pretty quick...no good parking for this location...

Always a fan. Consistency across the board no matter where it is. But what makes Starbucks stand above the rest, which I see in every location I've been to, is the family of baristas truly believe and enhance The Third Place. It's a beautiful concept and in this day in age, it's much needed. #SBUX4LIFE

Great staff and quick service. The drinks here are pretty delishous with a wide variety. Sometimes there can be a line but worth the wait.

The employees that work here are excellent!!! Every time they get my grande 5 pump soy chai with two shots of espresso right! They always just outstanding service at this location.

The best Starbucks in town! It's small and gets busy during peak hours, but the staff do a fantastic job keeping the line moving and always serve great coffee.
