I called the company and left a message and they responded promptly. I'm so appreciative of good customer service in this era of AI and perpetually annoyed workers. I used them because they were first on my alphabetical lists of options and I was too lazy to go further, but I'm glad that I did. The website was easy to use, and their turnaround is quicker than their estimated time. I highly recommend.

I'm very satisfied with A2Z service. Asked originally for my MS degree evaluation in 2018 for California Institute of Integral Studies PhD program application, Matthias did it perfectly in time, no any complications. Second time I've requested the copy of the evaluation recently for transferring my credits to Fielding University and again no problems, my evaluation was mailed to the institution I requested, they received it in time. Just great service: professional, does exactly what is requested.

I am very happy with the service provided by A2Z Evaluation. I had a short time to apply for my masters degree program, and Matthias gave the the results even in a shorter time frame. I am always nervious and scare of losing my physical documents and this company made me feel very trusty about that. I even asked Matthias if he could please to send me back my original documents and help me to provide a electronic copy of the evaluation to the university, and I really thankful with all the support on that. Great Service, Fast Delivery, Great Price, and best quality. I was desperate to get my transcript from abroad and Mr. Matthias helped me to find the fastest way. Honestly it is not expensive comparing with other company but he is even working during weekend. He always responds well and I really appreciate his great help.

A2Z is simply the best service around you can get for the evaluation of your educational or professional documents. The company has full accreditation by the NACES, so you know his work is quality.

The thing that I liked the most about Matthias (CEO of A2Z) is that he was very efficient in working with me. He provided me with a same day evaluation report. If I had the documents in at 12, than it would be done at 5. Surprisingly, the report was finished within a couple hours well before 5PM!!!!

If you are in need of good, efficient, and fast work (especially when dealing with short time windows), A2Z is your place to go. You can by the way pay with credit card everything online, where most old school companies require money orders and such.

AtoZ just blew WES (World Education Services) out of the water for customer service. Initially we paid for WES to run an evaluation but were unable to get a hold of anyone from customer service there after sending repeated messages through the portal and waiting hours on a hold line that went nowhere. We even mailed a letter and got no response!! With the November 1 deadline quickly approaching, we went ahead and paid for A-to-Z to run the evaluation. We were able to call and text and email very efficiently and effectively with the owner directly. While we chose them because they are listed at the very top of the list alphabetically, they should be there in the number one spot for customer service!

Matthias is the best. He understands clients concerns and does his best to accommodate them. He is accessible and easy to communicate with. They have different and reasonable options based on clients needs.

This is the best company you can hire to get your course by course evaluation. I'm from FL and even though they are in CA everything went through perfect within the ETA they gave me.
