Dropped off an Amazon return here. Really friendly and helpful crew working here. In and out very fast. Much better than the MU as far as access.

I took my Trust to be notarized on a Sunday. Christy Burnard, one of the employees, was more than helpful. She went above and beyond; she was respectful, very patient, and professional. Thank you so much!!

packages delivered by UPS always arrive on time and IN TACT (unlike that other company that rhymes with you nighted hates pose dull serve less)

Well, that's true unless you have Manit from the B St in Davis location helping you. I was processing a number of returns after moving into a new place, had to go to a different location first (non ups store where the staff wasn't helpful at all) and then a few final options at this ups store location.

Manit provided me with exceptional customer service, was super professional and patient with me and resolved all of my shipping issues. His high level of customer service would have stood out on a regular day, but it especially stood out when compared to the service I received at a different (non ups) location.

Excellent staff at this place. I’ve shipped things from this location many times and they always get me out the door having taken care of my shipping needs in 5 minutes or less.
Good spot close to campus, good hours, good parking for UPS customers.
They are always kind and knowledgeable and have my previously-used destinations on file.

I love this store. Excellent, upbeat customer service. They always acknowledge my presence, even if I'm just joining the line. I enjoy friendly small talk and efficiency. I live in the next town, but come here to mail my packages.

Always so fast, professional and helpful. One time I mistakenly went there with a package that had a USPS return label. Worker said he could still get it returned for me through USPS, just that I wouldn’t get a receipt. Returned just fine.

Right after Christmas 2018, we used this UPS store in Davis, CA to ship items to our places of business on the east coast. The folks at the store were kind & efficient. Our boxes reached our separate destinations in a timely fashion & were there waiting for us once we arrived. We were so grateful and thrilled with the service.

This UPS store is fantastic. No long waits, great customer service, copying, faxing, packaging, and everything else you might need for mailing or packaging, notary services, and also a USPS drop off location. And it is centrally located. Use it all the time.

Have you ever had an unpleasant or even just mind-numbingly slow experience at a mailing center? I’ve had several, so this place was a delightful surprise. Consistently friendly, efficient and helpful. I always head here when I have packages to send.

I have been here twice and have spent less than 2 minutes twice. I needed to return a book to amazon and they helped me reuse my old destroyed packing to save me a couple bucks.

The 2nd visit here, I had to return a router with a closed account number. The young woman at the front asked someone else for a bit of help and everything was quickly settled in under 2 minutes. I asked several times after everything was done "thats it?" "You guys take care of the rest?", because I had a much more troubling experience at FedEx.

Bottom line: Quickest and least problematic experience I have ever had In regards to Shipping/Postage. I will try to use this place more often!

We needed a set of test docs and permit printed for an inspection. I emailed the forms to the store and they printed in 10 minutes. We were able to pickup and deliver to the home owner within 30 minutes. Fantastic service!! Thank you!

The staff at this location are always very helpful, friendly and fast. We have been going here for quite a while now and have never had any issues. We do have to give a special shout out to Corey for always being accommodating to our business' needs.

I never go anywhere else for UPS. The staff is helpful, service usually very quick except for 11:30-1:00 p.m. Since parking can be an issue, I try to go first thing in the morning, or after 5:30 in the evening--usually no problem finding a place to part during those hours.
