I had the best medicine ball ever. Add freeze dried strawberries. It adds soooo much flavor. I couldn't put my cup down. I have to give credit to my son for this creation. I also want to thank the staff for making it, and always being welcoming and maintaining a clean store. Very much appreciated ❤❤❤

These people deserve a raise for their clear and kind ways of handling crazy costumers. On multiple occasions I have seen them deal with a variety of people—if it’s a costumer literally screaming in their faces or a passive aggressive costumer holding up the line because they’re pressing for accommodations to their drinks that are literally impossible—and every time they are collected and clearly communicate and I can’t tell you how impressed I am with that ability. They are worked hard, potentially understaffed and the drinks always come out delicious and fast, this crew deserves more credit.

I asked to try something new, a cool barista asked if i had any allergies and if I trusted her. She smiled and made me a great latte. Still not sure what’s in it but it’s delicious and it was a great experience.

I've spent more than 5 hours chilling out, eating & drinking at this location, all by my lonesome. That is how great this location is !
I was in Malibu to ride the canyons on my rented Sportbike & wanted to kill a few hours, before going to the hotel & the airport to fly back to Riyadh where I work.

I think people just like to complain. This is a Starbucks. The coffee is good, the decor is typical, the people are friendly, and there's room for sitting and reading and poking at a laptop or tablet. Like most Starbucks, the air conditioning is set to make people uncomfortable so they don't camp here all day long. The music is bland and not too loud, permitting conversation and concentration on the work. Their chicken salad tarragon is actually decent for a packaged sandwich, and the frappacino lite is refreshing. The location is close to the beach, which means their patio seating is very pleasant on a hot day. This is a very nice Starbucks. All you wannabe coffee critics, stop annoying me.

Quick and courteous, even though they were busy. Sitting area has outlets and a couple wireless charging pads on the counter. Very clean shop and bathroom.

The world needs more employees like Dayne, her infectious smile, welcoming spirit and great customer service brought me back to life after a long day. Thank you for that....

Nice outdoor patio with seating. Students (Pepperdine?) studying on a Tuesday morning. Located in a shopping plaza. No beach view, but pleasant.
