Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I always get the yogurt bowl, my personal favorite is the mixed berry greek yogurt bowl and I add banana to it. I love how fresh the fruit is, the granola isn't soggy, it feels so healthy too, and the portioning is perfect. I highly recommend this location.

Ever since this place opened i’ve had nothing but great service and food! all the workers are nice and easy to talk to when ordering. Even when it’s busy they’re getting orders out at a steady pace. Never have had an issue ordering online and in-store, and the smoothies/food are always made perfect. I usually do mobile orders for the convenience and it’s always ready on the shelf. The kiwi quencher and chicken pesto wrap is my go to. Respectable manager as well!

Parking js sparse since the lot is also shared by Jimmy John’s, but i’ve personally never had an issue finding a spot even when it was busy.

My family and I were invited to attend their soft opening yesterday and it was Fantastic!!!
I'm so excited for them, they are a wonderful hard working family!!!
The cafe is very nice and quaint, love the 2 sided bar area, will be an awesome hang out for "kids" of all ages.

You have the option of add ons & using Splenda instead of sugar (which is big for me).

Caribbean jerk wrap is good...all the Flatbread are good...every smoothie I've had was good, but I order them with no sugar or sweetener.

This is genuinely one of the best Tropical Smoothie Cafes I've been to; the food was so flavorful, they were able to add less sweetener to my smoothie, and the customer service was amazing—very friendly and quick to prepare my meal. Thank you for your service!

Ever since this place opened the service had been consistent and friendly. The owner is also very nice and has come my order multiple times! Food and smoothies are always good. So happy they made a location in Lima, definitely needed a better smoothie place. The kiwi quencher is my go to

°This was a first time for all of us trying the smoothies here.

- Smoothies -
° we each got different ones.

**** All of prices for smoothies seemed very fair/ affordable. Especially since you get a 20oz I believe. ******

° One was the Bahama mama: this one was rated 10/10 compared to our other drinks ( super sweet, but not overwhelming.)
° The next one was kiwi quencher ( suggest by a super helpful employee there [ Lauryn, she was super sweet and friendly along with straight to the point]): this one was rated a 9/10, so second place. ( Has a sour note, but really good equally balanced out with sweetness.)
° The last one was jetty punch : we all rated this one as in last place, it only received a 6/10. It sounded good, but ended up tasting bland. It was especially bland compared to the other two drinks.

- Atmosphere / Service -
° Very welcoming atmosphere, I didn't detect any tension. It seems this local spot stays fairly active. All the employees were catering to orders and nothing seemed rushed. ( I found this pleasant as I don't prefer to have a rushed and chaotic atmosphere)
° I was pleasantly surprised with how well put together the store itself was. It was clean and well put together. Whoever did the design set up quiet literally used every dimension to their benefit.
° One downfall I will bring up was parking, I get they are in an awkward spot. So I didn't mind parking away from the building too much.

Traveling up I75 and just tried the Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Really good Thai chicken wrap with nice breast meat, lots of veggies and slightly spicy sauce. Strawberry smoothie was perfect.

I love this place... Everyone knows me by name.. I am a daily customer.. The Bahama momma is my favorite, and the banana flatbread breakfast. The people are very friendly and my pleasure to see on a daily bases... Keep.up the good work..

I came in at lunch in a bit of a hurry. The service was fast and friendly. I had a Chipotle Chicken Quesadilla, which was very tasty. Prices were comparable to nearby lunch options. My only suggestion would be to offer a small smoothie option, their only size is large enough to be a meal and then some.

1st time going there today. Absolutely fantastic sandwich. The smoothie was good, I've had better,but I'll be going back, it was delicious

Clean, looks new, next to Jimmy Johns where there’s free smells. Tough turn off the road, had to go thru Arby’s lot. Got the avacolada. Tropical forever 💜
