Jeremy at Life Storage made the move in experience so quick and easy. He is very nice and easy to deal with. The facility is very clean, safe and accessible! I like that you drive indoors to unload/load your belongings keeping you out of the elements. Definitely would recommend this facility!

This storage facility has changed ownership recently. The new manager, Jeremy, is extremely friendly, polite and eager to help. He once called me to inform me that I forgot to lock the door to my storage unit properly and asked me to come and secure my storage. Due to change in my needs requiring a smaller space, he was really good in finding a smaller size, climate controlled storage room close to my existing one and transferred the unit easily and without hassle. Jeremy has improved the experience of customers using this facility significantly and is an asset to the owners and the customers alike! Thank you!

We are new to the rental storage option, but this experience exceeded expectations. Our inquiry call was answered by a live person who directed us to the closest location, reserved the large unit we needed and worked out a great, transparent price. Upon our arrival the facility manager greeted us and gave us a tour to select the specific unit based upon our needs. Jeremy was very professional and courteous. When the need arises again we will head directly to his location!

We booked a unit at the Big Bend location but wanted Manchester. Jeremy, who works at the Manchester location; I’ll say for starters has the best greeting ever. He was very helpful in switching over my unit to the correct location gave us a tour of the unit and explained everything well. I would definitely recommend anyone in the Ballwin area to use Life Storage on Manchester. I would go as far to say if anyone is willing to make the drive to use them outside the Ballwin area

The facilities are excellent, brand new (constructed in 2019), and with fantastic security. Double-locks are possible on their units, and everything is exactly as descibed. Jeremy is also an excellent site manager, and will help with anything needed.

Not all storage areas are alike; this is the best of the best in the area.

The manager, Jeremy, is just terrific all around. Super clean facility. I would probably still be using my *approximate* 5X10 climate controlled unit, but they raised the rent from 51 to 80 a month and I couldn't justify the increase for the usable space. From 1.02/sq ft to 1.6/sq/ft. If you need something short term this would be great. I was able to get more organized which was a good feeling.

I would give this storage place absolutely a five star. It's clean and it's safe. And… I would give Jeremy, who manages it, 5 stars himself! He is as nice as could be, and keeps everything organized and you feel like if you need to ask a question or get a hold of somebody he is always ready to help!!!

One thing i really enjoyed about the storage facility was that you are NOT exposed to the weather while unloading or loading your stuff. The staff is accommodating if you have a particular need.

Excellent location, easy to access and outstanding customer service. Jeremy is an absolute gem. He has a friendly, welcoming personality and it’s clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I frequently see him cleaning and making rounds to ensure that the units are secure. And I’ve never seen him miss an opportunity to talk with and check in on a customer. These things are important to me and make me feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend this business and location.
