Dunkin'

The charged drinks are awesome. Sparkling and delicious. We finally have a dunkin in simi. I used the walk up inside, but the drive thru was going wicked fast from what I saw. And the staff was very nice

I picked up 2 dozen donuts from the drive thru and then asked the guy at the window if I could get 8 gift cards if I went around the drive thru again because I didn't want to take my son out of the car and he let me pay and then brought the gift cards out to my car in the front. It was super nice of him. 10/10 service and amazing donuts!!

Finally came to Dunkin Donuts best experience ever ! Got a variety of munchkins, ordered a chai tea latte it was great, and their warm stuffed mini bagels are delicious!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Food and coffee were signature Dunkin. Why would anyone go to Starbucks?

Go there once aweek pick up donut 🍩 they are the best

I stopped by this Dunkin this morning to get some donuts for breakfast. I found parking easily since it's in a decent size plaza and not a lot of people were here. When I walked inside, the place is kind of small and doesn't have that many tables so I think most people just get their stuff to go. There was only 2 people working so I had to wait for 1 of them to finish preparing someone order and then they were able to take my order. I got the glazed chocolate donut and glazed munchikins donut. They sell the munchikins donut as a set of 6 so you would need to get all 6. I thought the munchikins donuts were fine but I didn't really like Dunkin own version of the glazed chocolate donut. They also don't cover each donut in the bag so it will likely get mixed with the other donuts inside. Another donut place that I prefer to go to will put a protected sheet to protect each donut from cross contamination.

I love Dunkin’ Donuts, grew up on it, so I wanted to finally try the one that just opened in Simi! I Ordered $30 worth of food. Asked for everything bagel sandwich, they gave me plain instead. Tasted stale. Asked for 12 munchkins… 6 powdered, 6 glazed. They messed up on the glazed and gave me 5 stuffed raspberry filling. They forgot one donut in the bag. I know they recently opened, but they really need to work on making sure everything is correct and food is fresh. I’ll give it another try in a few weeks and hopefully it will be a better experience.

I’ve been here about a half dozen times. They are all friendly. They have never gotten my order right and I get the same thing each time (hot coffee, half n half with 2 Splenda and omelette bites). Took my wife there, they didn’t get her order right either. Maybe they’ll improve over time.

Walked in. Had to wait a long time to receive service. Staff more focus on drive thru customers

I asked for a cookie butter cold brew (not realizing this was a seasonal item) and she said she could make it without the cookie butter crumbles. I said that was fine and she also said that the cold foam would be “regular cold foam” and I said that would be fine and proceeded to put whipped cream on top of my coffee and not actual cold foam 😂😂😂 I laugh but I’m sorry what? Anyways go anywhere else.

My friend ordered a nitro coffee and it was all foam and no actual coffee. The manager was rude when my friend asked about making the coffee again. It seems like more training is needed at this establishment

Ordered matcha, three donuts, and 25 assorted munchkins from the kiosk and we didn't get the donuts and munchkins until 10 minutes later when I asked about it.

I am only writing a review because this is the second time I’ve been here and both times a terrible experience. The first time my drink was so watered down it tasted terrible and I couldn’t even drink it. I decided to give it another shot the other morning and I got a normal drip and a croissant sandwich. The drip tasted AGAIN like water and it was so light in color when I only asked for a couple of creams. My croissant was extremely burned, dried out, and inedible. It completely crumbled and I ended up just pulling the egg and sausage out from it. Never trying this location again.

While I will say I do enjoy the drive through aspect of the store, everything else is really bad. Every time I have came to this store, my coffee has always been inconsistent. It’s never made the way I want it. The staff isn’t really helpful either as well as the managers. There were times I had some issues with order and they were lazy to resolve or access the situation. If you guys want your Dunkin’ fix, please go visit the Westlake Village store as they always make your drinks the way you request it! I’m honestly disappointed overall because I wanted to give this Dunkin a chance since they opened a few months ago but quality hasn’t changed at all.

Employees were kind and helpful but they need more training and organization. I ordered 2 coffees both came out looking like a cup of milk, I sent the first one back and everything was so unorganized that I gave up and I’m just drinking my large milk. Donuts were soggy and gross. Don’t waste your money, go to Donut Queen or Makenna!!

I have been dying for Dunkin Donuts to open in Simi Valley and I would rather drive to Northridge than go here again. 1st off atmosphere is a joke. Doesn't even look like a donut shop when you walk in and there's a shared lobby with a credit union. The credit union employees greet you quicker and nicer. Seriously I don't even think they make the donuts here. Talk about not having enough money to do it right. Guarantee the credit union will put up a wall.
2nd Employees: some are nice and not rude but all do not have a clue on how to make a drink or pricing.
3. Cost for donuts are way too expensive. Like someone else said go to a little guy.

4th. Dunkin Donuts you FAILED with this location. Someone obviously didn't do their due diligence on the owner and location.
