Starbucks

Drinks got mixed up at drive-thru. Walked in to get proper drinks. Large 🐶 Pup-ochino was correct. Was offered refund and new drinks. That is great customer service!

I mostly come here just to hang out and do things on my computer. It’s very cozy inside and the temperature is usually pretty good. The amount of people inside is a good amount, so you can usually get a good spot to sit at. It can get loud at times due to the workers making drinks, which makes sense. I really love their strawberry açaí refreshers and their food. I would recommend to many people.

Starbucks here in Simi Valley is a wonderful great place to get a good cup of coffee. I've had all of the coffees and each one is very good and very tasty. My favorite cup of coffee is green tea latte with whipped cream on top. The service staff here are always wonderful to deal with and very prompt with whatever I ordered.

They have never made a mistake on my order and all of the things that I have ordered are very fresh and flavorful.

Surprisingly quick! My grande iced mocha was extra yummy today!

I only go to this location because of one of their baristas, Dom. He's the best barista I've ever seen and he's so nice that he gives me a reason to keep coming back. 10/10 #ProudRegular

Rachel is a delight. I am actually running late this morning, but it was worth the wait to write the review. She was very efficient and great customer service. Acknowledged guests needs although it looked like she was multi tasking with drive thru as well. She was extremely personable and GENUINE. A true customer service diamond.

i feel like many of the people posting negative reviews of this location are to blame for their own negative experience. for one, you can’t order 3+ drinks in the drive thru and expect them all to be done by the time you get to the window 10 seconds later. newsflash: mobile orders, third-party delivery orders, and in-store orders are all happening at the exact same time, and none of that is helped by the fact that starbucks stores are notoriously understaffed because the corporation won’t pay employees fairly. so sure thing karen! go ahead and complain that your off-menu drink with 5 customizations isn’t everything you hoped and dreamed it would be.

drive thru line taking too long? that’s fascinating. have you considered that they have orders coming in from customers inside the store, the starbucks mobile ordering system, and third-party delivery apps? (i know you didn’t actually consider that, because you walk into–or, drive through–a place like this on your high horse.) i have some great news for you. go ahead and walk right inside! order there! voilà!

for the record, i don’t work for starbucks. i never have. however, i know many people who do, and i know that these are the sorts of things they want to say to a-hole customers who b*tch and complain about a DRINK!!! is this really the big great shakespearean tragedy of your day, karen? that your frilly, 120-grams-of-sugar, as-seen-on-tiktok drink is not exactly how you pictured it? are you devastated that the barista didn’t read your mind to understand exactly what your thoughts and feelings were upon taking your order? cry me a river and fill out an application.

if you’re this type of customer, i hope you know that even OTHER CUSTOMERS face severe secondhand embarrassment listening to you throw a toddler-esque fit over your drink orders. apparently when they say that coffee stunts your growth, they forget to mention that your mental growth is affected by that as well.

editing this to add that the staff here are insanely kind and funny and they make my experience here a million times better every time <3 chris, jack, cady, dom, jenn, devon, shannon are all so great and i know there are more people i see sometimes who are the sweetest but i don’t remember names ): just overall a very cohesive group who clearly work well together and who make starbucks first & LA a very fun time (:

Went with my grandbabia and she orders like an adult. Love it. The people that work there are so cheerful and happy.
Very fast getting in and out of the drive through.

Smiling employees and great drinks.

Never once have I ever seen an un-happy customer or employee. Coming from a family of coffee drinking Washington loving family, the drinks are just as good as from the original starbucks. They also have a drive thru for when on the go and you need your fix of coffee.

Love Starbucks. If you dont know what to order, I recommend a surprise me drink. My daughter can never make up her mind and this way, she gets to try different things!!

It's always a pleasure to stop in to the Simi Valley Starbucks, the drive thru is usually always busy, but since im not a drive thru person it's okay for me. Inside is comfortable, and clean and the service is always friendly and timely. And it was a nice surprise to see they've gone back to the old Classic Coffee Cake... It was yummy.

I happen to love this Starbucks for a few reasons. The people are always nice and they have a drive-thru. I'm not a coffee drinker but their Shaken Black Iced Tea is LIFE! BUT! You have to get it with a chocolate chip cookie, it's how Starbucks was introduced to me and it's how I introduce it to everyone else.

Service was quick but long line in drive through service. Pleasant bartista and window personnel. Order right with sugar added and on whip cream on wrap. That does not always come to window correct, not at this location. Good job.

I love Starbucks, this one has never failed me. I've spent a many of study sessions here. Black Iced Tea is my fav! My only complaint (and its not their fault it's corporates.) The air con can get real cold even if the weather outside is chilly.

This was a sweet spot for us to drive to on our way our for the day. It became a ritual for my goddaughter, greatniece and I during our recent stay in Simi Valley. The drink orders were always perfect and my goddaughter was able to get a California Starbucks card to remember her trip.

I love the baristas! They're so friendly, so I'm pretty chill waiting for my drink! Gotta love the peppermint mocha frappuccino though, but this is only for people who love chocolate and mint together :)

Employees are nice. Service was quick. Place was clean. Drink tasted great. Vibes were chill. Great Starbucks location!
