I will always go to Ottawa, Il H&R Block. The people that have been there for so many years are friendly, helpful and amazing people to help with all your needs on getting your taxes done. They make sure you feel welcomed and explain everything to you and what if anything you can do for a better outcome the following years. I love getting to work with Erika Mulholland, Tricia Bacha, Stephanie Ledbetter, and Greg Rosenquist. The best people I have had doing my taxes for years now and many more to come. Great people!

Tricia was absolutely fantastic. I came in as a walk in and was immediately helped. She answered all of my questions while being kind and reassuring throughout the whole process. She showed me all of my options, and even helped me fix some things from my last year's taxes. 5 stars, so much easier than dealing with TurboTax.

Tricha Bacha has done my taxes for two or three years, she's very good at what she does, she's friendly, and makes sure I understand whats going on, it's more like we're doing my taxes together, not just her doing them for me! I love her customer service! I'll always return to the block as long as she's working there.
