As a valued customer since 2006, I have had a positive experience with this location despite high interest rates and occasional late payments. While I have had to deal with aggressive collections calls from Tiffany, blocking her number has helped alleviate the issue( lol)
Overall, I give this location a rating of 5 stars.

Been a customer of home for years, they customers service is excellent, except for the assistance manger (Tiffany) she yell at the customer in the store while I making a payment, and when she call. I was informed by her that cooperate doesn't care about anything that happens on the district level. Her behavior as a manager is disgraceful.

One thing I have to say about this store on Central Ave NE Minneapolis MN is that you will be dealing with some of the Most Caring and Respectful folks to Deal with anytime.

I love how mike is always giving me and my family good deals I just got my new sofas today and the drivers were excellent thank you mike again for the awesome customer service and always giving me a great deal 😊

After a horrible experience with the Blaine HomeChoice store my loan was transferred to this location. This store has been nothing but kind and helpful to me.
