12+ years my family has had 3 kids who've gone through this program. The coaches mostly being parents do their best, but the head people always do a great job and handle situations brought to their attention, but it's still a volunteer based program I suggest to all parents who have a passion for teaching athletics to kids, even if you've never done soccer ⚽ make sure the kids have fun and that's all that matters. google is a great help, the kids are amazing I've coached several times never had any issues with parents, kids or the staff.
