Considering Spanish town was happening I was honestly surprised how easy and non crazy the entire process was. I think I had my order in like 7 minutes from time of order.

Only got fries but was served quickly and food was fresh overall a easy and stress free experience.

Finally a McDonald's where the soft serve ice cream machine works.

Very friendly, fast but accurate

Ladarius (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly) was the drive thru guy tonight. A man rode up on his bike and tried to take money from me. I said what was happening and Ladarius(sorry if I’m misspelling) told him he’d call the cops. Man backed up and left me alone. I felt very safe because of this man. He definitely needs a raise. 10/10 service. I cannot thank him enough for protecting me.

Line is always long at lunch time so order ahead for your food and do inside pickup. Other than that I don't really have a problem with this location to often.

There was a problem with my order in the drive-thru, so they asked me to drive around to the front of the building. The wait was very short, and they made certain that my order was correct and that I was satisfied before I left.
You can't get it right every single time, so on those occasions it's about how you recover, and they did Great.

This McDonald's I just eaten at was very pleasant, I went through the drive thru but my order was right, and hot, the staff was friendly 😊 greeting me in the most polite way. Atmosphere I gave three stars because I didn't go in. First time eating at this location.

Drive through using two lanes merging to one moved fast. Appreciated the fast morning service

First time taking my grandson to sit an eat inside,didn't want to sit at the table with his aunt,his daddy,and me ,he had to sit at a table by his self but, he love to eat McDonald French fries ,he enjoy his self so much. Will take him again soon.

How many McDonalds employees does it take to make a McFlurry?

None, cause the machine is always down.

+after having a small bite from drive through I went about my day 20 minutes later I realized I didn't have my phone after calling it the manager had found it and made sure it was there when I returned

First time being at this location and the food was delicious, staff is friendly, and hard working. I talked to Kristy and she have great communication and customer service. I will be back for the excellent service.

This location on Government Street is the best in town. Always excellent service, order is correct, and the drive thru moves very quickly. The food is top notch at this location as well. Great job to the management team at this location, staff is very kind and friendly.

The McDonald's in LSU's Student Union always prepare your food fresh after you place your order. The workers are very nice, courteous and friendly. I love that this McDonald's is well staffed, so therefore there is no long wait !

First time going excellent customer service good was delicious. I left my phone behind my friend called to ask if i left it. When i returned it was waiting at the front counter. Awesome group. I'll be back!!!!!

Quick service, and hot food is what you expect and get at this location. Just wish they would fix that ice cream/ milkshake machine.

Best grilled chicken salad I have ever had from any McDonald's in the Baton Rouge area ever!!! Was extremely fresh put a lot of chicken. Chicken was very well cooked and was very tasty!!!

I have come to enjoy this McDonald's. The staff is always polite and happy. The seating area has a nice view no matter where you sit and it's clean. The food is fresh and quick, no matter how long the line.
