Capital One Café

Banking and coffee staff are very professional and friendly.
Bank staff was ready to help and greeted me when walking in. :)
The coffee staff was quick and attentive. Got the Capital One exclusive Honey Lavender Latte. Which is on par with other Capital One Cafe locations.
I don't drink that much coffee and the brew here taste great so i don't understand everyone else's review saying the coffee isn't that good. Must be snobby critics.
Parking is the only inconvenience your best bet may be the ally way.
If you already in town to where you don't drive this bank is perfect.

This place had a great cup of coffee and a very friendly staff. The capital one team that is a part of the cafe was delightful. They gave me a coupon for a complimentary cup of coffee so I returned a second time on my trip. Coffee was excellent and the place was very quiet with gentle music in the background. They had games from Chess, battleship, and Uno. I will make this my regular stop when in Austin.

My friend and I discovered Capital One Cafe a few months ago and have been obsessed ever since. After finding out that we can get half off our purchase if we’re Capital One cardholders, we both immediately applied for the credit card. You can’t beat a $3.65 iced matcha in Austin. But most importantly, we love it because the Capital One Cafe feels like home! Not only are their products amazing, but the service is one of a kind. We can always depend on extremely efficient and speedy service that realistically has us in and out in less than 2 minutes. Stepping foot inside can automatically turn a bad day around. From the incredible Capital One Ambassadors to the baristas, to the security team, everyone greets you with a smile and fills the room with positivity. We recommend it to anyone who will listen! I think it’s safe to say we have slowly become their biggest fans. Whether you want a delicious iced matcha, need a question answered about your Capital One credit card, or just a cool place to work for the day... Capital One Cafe is the place to be!

This is a great place to work, especially if you have a capital one card! All drinks are half price and they're high quality. Significantly better than the bigger chains like Starbucks.

Very nice clean place with lots of outlets. Interesting combination of a bank and coffee shop. I just had a brownie so I cannot comment on their coffee.

I just had an incredible experience at the Capital One Cafe. Jeremy helped me navigate a tricky ATM situation and was so pleasant and helpful, making sure I was taken care of with coffee while I waited. This place and the people in it are great!

I stopped by this Cafe with my girlfriend to deposit some cash and the staff was nice and helpful. Marty was awesome. He gave me good information about Capitol One branches around me that were closing down. He was quite the character. The cafe was clean and cozy. It seems to have good drinks and snacks (half off if purchased with a Capitol One card), and free Wi-Fi. I recommend this cafe to everyone looking to rest from walking around Congress or getting some work done in peace.

Cafe is clean and quiet. Full coffee service and free wifi and a cafe environment to work and relax. Bank of course on site and lots of staff to help you with anything you need. Please like this review and follow me if you find helpful.

Very nice and quiet place for a coffee break in Austin downtown

I go here to use the ATM and every time I go in I'm greeted by a warm and friendly employee. They make me feel welcome which I appreciate. The ATM area is clean and the machines are always in working order. If I was wanting a coffee or to sit and work for a while I'd feel confident about going here.

Great place to work, very kind staff. They’re very happy to let you hang out and work here. If you have a capital one card tea & coffee are half price as well!

Overall if you a place to sit at a laptop you can hardly do better than this

I love Capital One Cafe. It’s a clean and convenient stop when you’re walking down 6th street, that offers delicious treats and well-made drinks; and not only is the cafe spacious, but the staff here are also phenomenal! They make sure to go an extra mile for their customers, and I can confidently say that I have been treated with nothing but kindness every time I’m there. (The employees opening the doors for customers walking in/out is also a nice touch.)

Especially memorable to me was Marty, who was incredibly kind and accommodating to a friend and I while stopping in. Thank you very much, and we will definitely continue to stop by in the future!

Jason, if you are ever asked that question feel free to reference the wonderful experience that you offered me! It was nice to chat with you and all of the welcoming staff, and the nook space and drink options were fantastic (the perfect chill co-working vibe). Thank you!

Coffee is good and banking staff were extremely helpful!

I was downtown and needed a place to work remotely for a bit. I came in and was promptly greeted by the capital one staff and I told them that I was here to work. I ordered a cold brew coffee from Peet's and went about completing my tasks. I've had an account with capital one for a while now but always forget to ask what type of new things they offer. Manny Canales helped me with my questions I had and we bonded over motorsports. From our conversation I'll probably upgrade my current credit card. Anyways... interesting concept the capital one cafe is, friendly and helpful staff, good coffee.

Very friendly staff from both Capital One and the coffee shop. After the warm welcome here, I just had to leave a positive review. Coffee was great, and I hope to be back, as it seems like a great physical location for banking as well.

I love this coffee bar! I have been here 3 times and every single time, the barista is friendly, they are super fast and the drink is made perfectly! The mochas and specialty drinks are made without being too sweet (like Starbucks) and are more traditional. The pumpkin latte and mocha were both perfectly balanced with the proper spices not a bunch of chemical flavored syrups. Great atmosphere to work, get banking done and chat with friends! P.S. thank you Capital One for underwriting the Factora events! WELL DONE!

Was looking for a cup of coffee on a recent visit to downtown Austin and stopped in at The Derrick cafe ....nobody offered and assistance and so we moved on. So glad we did as we saw the Capital One cafe ..our Barista, Lorenzo was so friendly and made a great cup of coffee, plus he gave us a bag of Peet’s coffee which is delicious. Not sure how the banking is but I give it an A for coffee and friendly staff!

Great place to come work/relax after work. Received a Capital one goodie bag with some good stuff for being a valued customer. Excellent cold brew by Pete’s.
