Kung Fu Tea

It’s a great spot, clean and very convenient to walk to at the mixed-use building. There is an upstairs area with tabletop games. You can park in the back-in 20 minute curbside, or at city hall and walk. It gets five stars for presentation and fast workers, also is not too busy at lunchtime. If you come kinda late, the quality of the boba can vary…old boba is pretty hard to chew. I also recommend the macarons.

Photos do not do this location justice. Boba shop is a two story shop. First has feels like a reg boba shop but second level is an intimate area. There are large plushies, games, and books. Also playlist here was wonderful. This is a good place to study but also have a peaceful afternoon with you friends. I got the Honey milk tea and felt it was a little too sweet but you can customize sweetness level.

8/10/22 Update: Looks like the shady awning that was set up in July is now gone, so sitting outside can get a little hot pretty quickly.
7/3/22 UPDATE: Very busy and crowded because of the July 4th fireworks happening in downtown. They stayed open several minutes after their official closing time because there were so many people and orders. They also ran out of boba, so if you go during a customer surge be mindful that that might happen, I don't blame them for it.
6/7/22 UPDATE: They added more outdoor seating in the form of a chair and table set outside right next to the loveseat bench.
I like this place cause it has an extensive allergen menu, including what is/isn't gluten free, however I don't think they have a dedicated allergen free blender, so there might be risk of cross contamination.
Other than that, I like going cause they can customize your drink a lot (no ice, sugar levels, etc.). However, I don’t think they offer different milks/milk powders cause for some reason, when I asked about the almond milk tea they said it doesn't use almond milk.
They have a nice atmosphere with lots of different seating arrangements, from bar height seats to bean bags, located outside, upstairs, and downstairs. Anime and kpop music plays often here.
I wouldn't order through ubereats ahead of time here because the apps significantly increase the price of the drinks, compared to when you order in person.
Bathrooms didn't have paper towels, only air dryers.

Really cool place. Tried their honey milk tea and passion fruit swirl with bubbles and they were wonderful. Would definitely go back when I have the money for it. Sometimes they have little events there where you can support small businesses and vendors that sell really cool items. A really nice place to sit down and relax at.

I love this place! My only complaint is that they run out of ingredients needed to make popular items too often. And occasionally their reps get the mix wrong (too much syrup making it overly sweet, slush watery, etc). But I love their menu options, the sealed cups, & how cute it is inside.

This location is super cute! I only stopped in for a short time & didn't make it upstairs.

Decorative, clean, and staff was so friendly!! I love the all gender restrooms too.

Had a strawberry lemonade, excellent! The mango slush my bro had is also good if you're looking for something that's more sweet!

We have tried Kung Fu Tea many times in different branches and cities.

This branch was one of the best. I recommend this branch for TX + Arlington branch.

If you want to go with classic; try Black milk tea+Brown sugar bobba. Or Chi milk with brown sugar bobba.

If you wants fantacy one;
Try green milk tea with mango and mango poppers and brown sugar bobba.

If you wants a smoothie try Pinacolada with brown sugar bobba

If you want a milkshake like;
You must try Oreo wow; it is so yum and delicious

My son and I drive by on the way home everyday and decided to give it a try today. He got a S'mores Slush with oreos, and I got an Oolong Milk Tea. And we shared a 6 pack of the macarons.

The service was wonderful. The staff helped us with the menu and were patient while we figured out what we wanted. The drinks and macarons came out very quick and everything tasted great!

The deco was right up my kiddos alley, he loved hanging out on the giant Snorlax! 😀

Love the vibes here! The drinks are so good. I went to the restroom and really appreciated the inclusion. I love that it feels like a hang out spot. There are books and board games up stairs. It's nicely decorated. I will positively come back here again.

I am so thrilled to see a KFT open up in central Arlington! AND it's one of the cutest ones I've ever walked in. The natural lighting is perfect to sit and get work done or socialize with friends. Their milk tea is always a hit, and I can't wait to come back for more!

It was sooo nice I will definitely come again it’s such A nice place to just relax and chill i got to play bord games and read, so fun definitely go there if you haven’t!!

Great drink options (strawberry lemonade w/mango popping boba my fav), I love the seating options & decor, very comfy. They even have books to read & some games to play upstairs while relaxing! My teenagers approve 👍

I used to go all the way to the Grand Prairie location, so you can imagine my excitement when I saw a "Coming Soon" sign with the Kung Fu tea logo on it. The decor is really cute inside, and they even have an upstairs seating area. Kung Fu tea has really, really good fruit teas so I order some every Saturday as my guilty pleasure. My favorite drinks are the Wintermelon tea and the Oolong Milk tea. I wish they sold tea by the gallon because I definitely wish I could drink it daily.🧋 🥲🧋

Quick service. Beautiful store in a mixed use area off Abrams street with games and stuff within. Park around the corner for best results—it gets busy!

super cute & cozy environment :) the wait was fairly short, and the drinks were delicious!! on the second level they have plenty of board games and spots to take photos. this is a great date spot for sure :)

The milk green tea was some of the best I've had. It perfectly balanced the taste of green tea and milk with sweetness.
Adding bubbles, popping or not, is a must

Went here with the little. Great little bubble tea spot with nothing but good vibes and board games. If you want a little spot in Arlington art district to cool off with the family this is a great pick!

I ordered the coffee milk tea which wasn’t that good, but I’m still rating it five stars because I’m sure their other drinks are amazing I just haven’t had the chance to try something new. The store is so aesthetically pleasing and I will definitely be going back sometime soon.

I personally enjoy the drinks and atmosphere. A very photogenic place to have a good time with friends or family, not to mention there's a very comfy sitting area on the 2nd floor with some plushies to enjoy a good book or just pass the time. The service is attentive and friendly with the orders. Definitely going back
