The reviews are true! This literally is the absolute nicest Starbucks I have ever been to, and I have traveled a lot of different places and tried a lot of different Starbucks in many different states. This location actually make them seem more like a mom and pop coffee shop and not some mass market produced, Starbucks on every corner, Starbucks. Huge points awarded here. This is now become my favorite Starbucks location if I have to get Starbucks and I can't go to my favorite local mom and pop coffee shop.

The most amazing staff at this Starbucks! They were able to accommodate leaving a coffee outside for me just after closing, which means a lot to this nighttime trucker! Thank you, thank you, thank you 🥰🙌

This is a nice Starbucks, very clean and plenty of indoor seating with a small outdoor area. The staff are very friendly and accommadating to requests. The driveway can be slightly awkward when there is a lot of business, but this is not unusual for Starbucks locations.

I'm giving this location a perfect score because the staff is always amazing. The place is kept clean and organized, and even when it's busy the atmosphere is welcoming.
Our server today (Kara I believe their name was) was an absolute delight. It would be a pleasure to see them again! 💙 I suggest wholeheartedly that they be given a raise!

Hands down best Starbucks in Ohio for consistency in how they make their drinks! A brown sugar shaken iced expresso looks like the pic on the wall! Tastes amazing! I will drive out of my way just to visit this store! A rare Gem!!!

I've went here for quite a while! I absolutely love this store and their employees. Everyone is always kind and friendly towards my family and I. We haven't had any issues. When there was a rush it was handled efficiently and quickly! Awesome job! 👏

Prices are very high but the food and cold beverages are really good.

This Starbucks is always so slammed busy and the staff handles it so amazingly well!! I went today, cars wrapped around the building and lobby full of people and the staff were just killing it! If I was the manager at this location I’d be so proud of my team!! As someone who works in the service industry I wish people could be more understanding of how hard these jobs are and how much pressure it is! This staff does awesome!!

First time stopping here since the move. Service was great, line went fast and drinks were exactly as order! Super friendly service too!!!

We stopped in and order 4 big drinks and they were delicious! We accidently knocked a venti frappe over and they were so kind. They helped us clean it up and made us a new one!! We reccomend everyone going here :) they rock!!!

Went in the drive-thru, not realizing they closed in 1 min. Apologized and was gonna leave but the friendly associate said they’d take me. Got to the window, kinda expecting attitude (understandably), but she was so nice!! Chatted with me while my order was being prepared. Thanks to both the friendly cashier and the barista who made my drink!! Was having a rough night and this was certainly a bright spot!!

Everyone was so kind here! Maddie helped me out and she was so amazing. She gave me her recommendations (which I loved) and also made my day happier with her positive attitude! And everyone else was also super kind ♡ thank you for the lovely experience! .... they also got my name wrong but I don't care it made the morning even better ♡♡♡

The staff was so nice and welcoming, they all said hi and good morning acknowledging my presence when I walked into the establishment. The cashier was so nice and had such a good vibe to just talk to her for a little bit. Everyone inside was amazing and the atmosphere was very friendly and warm. 100% would recommend going to this Starbucks to experience their incredible customer service, they truly made the rest of my day.

Standard Starbucks albeit a bit small. Otherwise, standard protocol.

I wasn't prepared for such a soothing voice in the drive thru speaker. It took me off guard, but in a good way. Then, I pulled up to the window and, again, was met by incredible calm. Listen, the two baristas I interacted with were so pleasant, I might go back just for the nearly medical grade dose of kindness.

The staff at this location is absolutely fantastic. While I have great service here every time I come there were two recent interactions that were just above and beyond. I pre ordered a sandwich today and it took longer than I thought to get there and my sandwich was cold when I went to pick it up. They proactively told me they were making me a new fresh sandwich. I was very appreciative and that was very considerate and thoughtful. The other was a few months back where I ordered my daughters a non caffeinated drink but they were out of the one I ordered. I was not sure what to replace it with so the guy at the drive through window let my daughters know what else there was and was so patient while they were deciding. They ended up being thrilled with what he suggested for them. I'm on the customer service side of things as well and just wanted to make sure you knew that your team members here are so wonderful and they deserve some recognition!

I've been to countless Starbucks locations, as I'm sure most of us have, so I don't normally think to leave a review. In this case, I needed to give this location a five star, because the staff made my day. The service at this particular spot is exceptional! I stayed to have my coffee and do some work, and I heard the staff giving other customers the same awesome experience. Very personable and caring people.
