Starbucks

I came here in the evening time on a Friday. The staff was friendly and greeted me when I walked in. I ordered my usual drink and was in and out in minutes. Highly recommend this location, I’ll definitely be back.

The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Beatrix, especially, has great customer service and been so helpful.

I arrived a few mins after my order was ready and someone took it. When ppl take food it probs means they are hungry and the baristas seemed to understand that. They were busy, but they made me a duplicate immediately. Really sweet and gracious crew!

Customer service here is excellent! James the manager does an excellent job with his staff, providing a quality product in a timely manner. We love this place and we will definitely be back.

I visit this Starbucks at least once a week, and there's not much I can fault it for. The employees are nice, the location is fine, and the drinks are just like every other Starbucks in America. If you're looking for fine dining, you probably won't find it here, but it's perfectly acceptable as far as Starbucks locations go.

One of the best run Starbucks I have been to. Customer service here is amazing and they always seem fully staffed. Manager here is great as well and will open the door when I exit when I have a large order. Staff also sets expectations for wait times when they are very busy. I hope all Starbucks can be run like this as we hopefully get back to normal.

No complaints, I ordered ahead and was in and out. Thankful that they were open at 5am on Easter lol. Looked pretty clean and only one other person there at that time (of course, it was Easter Sunday). Drink was ready in a timely manner!

I walked into this Starbuck this morning wanting to try their hot chocolate. Unfortunately, I spilled my drink on the floor... One of the associates made me another drink for free! I usually don't post reviews online but I wanted to show my appreciation. Thanks!

Our family's favorite Location! Easy walk to Normandy Village and easy parking. Love their Ice Blended Mocha. Always consistently great service.

Great Starbucks. Hard working staff, quiet environment, and clean bathroom as well. Plugging in phones or laptops may be a bit limited, but besides that, no negative vibes experienced or noticed whatsoever.

Spent the weekend in downtown Berkeley. Probably went here 3-4 times. Drinks were well-made, tasty, and quick. Had both hot and iced drinks.
