Dunkin'

First off, I want to apologize to the lady that made my coffee even though you did a great job and mean well it's just me that is SUPER STRANGE. About how I want and the amount that's in the cup other than that, the 2 women that I encountered there are very precise, friendly, and quick with the highest level of service. Good going lady's

Came here plenty of times and never had an issue. I LOVE the Boston creme donut and their hot chocolate, definitely recommend.

I came in here the other day and ordered my coffee and the service was quick. The employees were very outgoing and nice. I enjoyed my visit and definitely will be coming back.

Best Dunkin for me, I always come here when I am in the area. Staff is always friendly and whoever made my croissant today deserves a raise

I've been coming here 2 years 4 months they have had 3 assistant managers like 12 different girls cashier some attitudes some very polite 2 very nice managers Kojo very well mannered very nice gone now my coffee is always messed up something is wrong can't take it

Amethyst greeted me with a huge smile and was so patient with my girls picking out donuts. Ben made my coffee perfect super hot and was always working. This dunkin is great they are always busy so the food is fresh.

I just have to comment on how impressed I was when I visited this location the weekend of July 27-29. We were in town for a large convention which basically inundated the restaurant with orders for coffee and food in the mornings. Though the line was long and it took a while to receive our orders the cashiers, the employees on the prep line and especially the guy who was expediting the orders were all very courteous, friendly & professional. They were certainly working under pressure but I still received service with a smile AND a thank you, which is fairly rare these days. We will definitely be back if we are in the same arena next summer!

The current staff is very friendly. In the past, they have gone through some not so friendly staff. The opening staff was AWESOME and then it went downhill. Happy to know new staff is there and likes to work and help people. Even though they had masks on, you could hear their smiles when they spoke to you.

Coffee was cold but it was late in the afternoon and they made it up by making more.

Classic Dunkin, no complains. Food was good, coffee was good. If you got an itch for Dunkin, this one will scratch it

The place is very happy go lucky they're efficient at what they do as far as coffee goes I'm not sure about sandwiches I was able to get my coffee quickly and sit down at a table without any hassle the workers are in a very good State of mind for all the people that they have to deal with everyone's kind of humorous including the patrons it's a good Dunkin' donuts for a small establishment. I've been there before and I'll be there later have a nice one at Dunkin' donuts

They got new employees up in there makes a huge difference. The female supervisor I'm the morning is such a beautiful soul.Always has a smile and greets the customers.

Penn Street dunkin is my go to place. I'm a regular customer, they remember my order after a while, and it's done correctly. Every now and again my coffee gets messed up, but I ask them nicely if they could fix it and they do 9/10 times.

Bacon, egg and cheese croissants are delicious. Donut selection is generally poor by 9:30 a.m. due to big local business crowd. Nice counter employees

The person took our order was very nice even though the line was all the way to the door and my drink taste better this time then my last visit

I love going because it's right near work. Place my order through the app so I dont have to stand in line. They're were a few times that I had to wait around because they messed my order up or like today just completely forgot to make my food. But the great service makes up for the few hiccups here and there 🤗

I don't leave reviews often. But I am beyond pleased everytime with Kathleen G. She makes the best coffee, very polite.

The staff workers are great, listen attentively, and make sure your order is made promptly- even in the early morning! One of the best, if not the best, Dunkin I have visited!

Small but comfortable shop. Free WiFi and plenty of USB ports/outlets for charging ur cell phones. Quick service. Stop by often, never have a problem.

Love the frozen hot chocolate with chocolate drizzle and whipped cream!
