Dunkin have got it just right from there cold brew, decaf coffee and normal cappuccino's and there 🍩🍩🍩 are lush 😋 stopped at a Dunkin everyday brilliant !
We need more Dunkin Donuts in the UK as I rate them well over Krispy Kreme big time.. 😁

This is the Valero gas station in Marathon Florida get your Donuts early in the morning they're great

I must say both times I went in it was a pleasant visit. The worker was so nice. Kind of upset I didn’t get her name. It’s always a pleasure when you can walk in a place and feel good ordering these days. So for the worker who made Carmel crane iced latte BOTH times with LOVE you are awesome and keep up the good work!

I went through the drive thru yesterday and this one girl had the best customer service skills ever. The line was long and she took it upon herself to step outside to take orders. She was very friendly and explained the long wait in a very mannered way.

Worst Dunkin Donuts experience ever. The order takes obviously wasn't listening, and frequently interrupted to ask you what you just ordered. It took 20 minutes from order to getting the food. Our total was $15.36, and I gave the lady a $20; she handed me back $4, so I asked about the $.64 she still owed me, and she said, "Oh, we ain't got no change." Seriously? I guess they're creating their own tip system, whether they earned it or not. And "NOT" is definitely the answer.

I went through the drive thru and the wait was terribly long. However, Crimson who was taking orders was outstanding! She also sold me things to add to my order I had no planned on. She is outstanding and very friendly and efficient What a nice change considering people who don't want to work or be in the service industry. Nice job Crimson!!!

Five stars for customer service—seriously! I had a gift card from one of my students I needed to use and I was struggling with the app. They helped me figure it out and got our drinks out quickly. I was really pleased—thank you!!

This Dunkin is amazing! They mix your coffee so good. I have never been to a dunkin where they mix your coffee so good. All the food was fast and drinks were fast! 5 stars!!!! The staff was super friendly and if i could remember the cashiers name that waited on me I would give her a shout out!

Long line but great service The young man in back was asking people in line what they wanted and by the time you got to register, your order was done.
Breakfast sandwich was great.
Long line was from people trying to choose doughnuts. Not their fault.

The service here is fast and reliable to get the right coffee! I enjoyed coming here for a quick stop!

Great compared to the last time we went to the one and only D.D. in Marathon! Everyone I know had stopped going to the Marathon store. Now I'm so pleased to meet Sue, have excellent service, see it so clean, and get fresh coffee & breakfast sandwich!

I honestly hate when Certain customers (LOCALS) feel as if they’re entitled to skip the wait line just because they are locals that is BS. This Dunkin gets chewed out for going above for their store and I hate this for the employees

I normally would not give 5 stars but the customer service was awesome and fast. Its a shame I didn’t get her name to let her know she rocked! It’s a typical DD besides that.

Better than Starbucks by a long shot!

Of all the Duncans I visit in Florida this one in Marathon is one of my favorites. They have a really good manager who always seems to be there when I visit. the food always seems to taste better than any other Dunkin Donuts. On top of that, they have a lot of unique flavored Donuts that you can't get anywhere else like guava which is my favorite.

I believe the baker comes in at 4am daily to put together all the lucious treats and make ready to sell them out. We go for the large, moist, yummy muffins!! Especially the blueberry and the coffee cake varieties. YUM YUM 😛

Walked there from our vaca home. A dozen for 10 bucks. A couple little tables. The guy at the counter was super friendly and suggested the guava filled, which was excellent.
