I love this place and you get good bargains. Very reasonable prices and i always get a gift when you spend over $75. Worth it. I never had any problem with customer service in this store. I’ve been shopping here for over 3 -4 years , i think if you are a good customer and not rude, youll get good service in return.

I read all the bad reviews and I just wanted to say that this store is under new management and their new employees are so helpful. They have a great selection on products with great deals. They almost always have a free gift with a qualifying purchase and great deals on their skin care and makeup. Love this store.

I was in the store last week and the customer service was really good. I was so impressed with the prices because I was trying to avoid the black Friday crazy rush. I know it’s an outlet store so they don’t do color matching, but they really worked with me to make sure I picked out the right product.

I absolutely LOVE this store. I found out about it from YouTube beauty community videos. It’s a great place to find makeup, skincare and fragrances at awesome discounted prices. They don’t have the full lines you’d usually find at a regular retail store but if you’re familiar with these products you can really find some wonderful things. They have MAC, Tom Ford, Smashbox, Clinique, Bobbi Brown, Too Faced, Becca, Estée Lauder, etc. All the employees here are super fun and helpful and they’re all very knowledgeable. I love to ask them for their input when picking out stuff to buy. You can find plenty of items from past collections and there are plenty of hidden gems here.

The associates were very helpful and knowledgeable of product. Prices were way below the norm.

Great prices

The staff is not very attentive, but I actually prefer this because I want to just be left alone to try things at my own pace without harassment (the aggressively cheerful staff at Sephora make me crazy). They are cheerful when you are checking out, so perfectly pleasant people. They don't have that many makeup lines, but the ones they carry are high end, and some come at a 75% discount to what you pay for the same brands in the store. The only reason I am giving 4 as opposed to 5 is that 1. Unlike Sephora/Ulta they don't have every single brand and 2. They can't counsel you much, so if you don't know what shade of foundation you need, don't expect expert assistance. But for people like me who just want to try lots of things and get a good price, it is great.

Sometimes you can find really good deals here. And always very friendly and helpful personnel.
