Had a really great experience purchasing gym uniforms for my kids. Vicky was so helpful and knowledgeable about the items in stock and available for shipping. Such great customer service and she went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed.

All I can say is WOW! I called and I was ready for a fight! I bought my son a sweatshirt and the emblem came off. Vicky couldn't have been any more helpful and so polite. I'm thankful for Dennis Uniform!

When I first purchased my child's uniforms, we had difficulty finding the adequate size, due to the way the clothes was made. I went in today to exchange in hopes that they had received a new shipment with a better fit. When I explained my issue to the employee, she was very helpful and assured me that the manufacturer had been made aware of the product defect. Unfortunately, I didn't get the employees name, but she was courteous, professional and took care of me. Thanks!

My experience in store has been consistently good but my last visit was beyond exceptional. Ms. Vicky K. was very helpful and accommodating to my daughter's needs. I wish everyone went the extra mile to ensure customers receive awesome customer service like she does!!! Thanks again!!

I went into the store today with a uniform emergency and the store manager Vicky came to the rescue! She treated us like family. I was truly impressed by the level of customer service provided and am grateful this is the store for our school uniforms.

I really wish people would understand, that there’s something’s that are out of our control. I really wanna shout out the ladies in Griffith for helping me, and even though there was problems with my order, they went above and beyond for me. My daughter has been getting her uniforms from Dennis since pre-K3 and them ladies have always been great towards us. Please remember that they are doing their best. 💜

The employees were so helpful and friendly. They made sure that we found everything easily. Vicky especially went above and beyond in making this a lovely experience.

Today was my third time visiting this location. I have always had a good experience with all of the staff. Each person has been very friendly and attentive. I wish the online experience was smoother but kudos to the workers at the store.

Location is hard to find and minimal options for uniform sizes in store.

This is my second school year shopping for my son’s uniforms from this establishment. I have placed 10 or more orders and not one of them did I receive before he needed or grew out of the size. That is the reason for so many orders. Now the last four items I ordered 3 weeks before the beginning of the school year still have not been shipped or even made, who knows, they definitely do not. I processed a refund and it even takes 8-12 weeks to process a refund. Ridiculous!!! Dennis Uniform needs to get it together or stop taking orders or contracts from schools needing uniforms that they cannot handle. These schools want the students wearing uniforms and if my son doesn’t wear his uniform he cannot attend the school he is enrolled in. He has grown out of the ones we have gotten and I was forced to order patches and like uniform clothing and find out if I can remember how to sew them on myself so his clothes fit him and he can still go to this school he loves so much. The quality of Dennis Uniform clothing is good. They just shouldn’t take on work they cannot handle. I am sure I am not the only parent that this has happened to. So for future school years I will be finding other means of purchasing uniforms for my sons education because I cannot keep sewing the schools logo on his uniforms because I do not have the time as much as I would like too on top of money saved. I just do not have the time. If your in need of uniforms yourself I would seriously think about it before ordering because Dennis Uniform will take your order but you will not get it before they need it unless your child is an off size they have in stock or if you already know about this issue and are ordering a year in advance. Then you might get it on time. Good luck.

I absolutely love the women at the Griffin location. They are the most pleasant group of women you can meet. They assist with sizes and go out their way to make sure you make smart purchases 🤫 however the company on the other hand needs work. I ordered in November of the previous year and still have not received my order and now we are heading into February🤔. No updates or anything.

The ladies who work in the store are really nice so I'm giving this for the store but the company in general. I ordered a sweater and a long sleeve polo for my daughter over two months ago and it has still been unfulfilled. I called customer service and no apology for this extremely long backorder time and no estimated delivery time given. I cancelled my order and hopefully my daughter won't have another growth spurt so we can manage the winter months with the one hand me down sweater we have. Would not recommend this company to any school looking for a uniform supplier.

I ordered from the website, paid shipping, and they are splitting the order in half and shipping one half to the store now? The phone does not work, and calling corporate took two separate calls to get someone to give me some idea where it actually was!

I finally found it! If another reviewer had not put up a picture and directions, no one would have found it.

The poor level of communication combined with the incredibly long turnaround on online orders pushed me to leave a review.

If your school's uniforms can be found nowhere else like mine, my sympathies. I hope I can revise this review in a year to e press a positive change.

Always have such a bad experience at this place unfortunately it is the only option for getting uniforms for the school. I we went in in early June for uniforms. My child was treated rudley and given different pants than were offered at the school. We opted to order online using size if pants provided at store. They did not fit. Returned and placed another order June 24th. Here it is July 24 and my items are still on back order. School starts in 2 weeks and I'm still waiting and unable to obtain uniforms. I went in to the new store location that opened today no options for shorts or sweaters for my child's school or in the right size. I wasn't greeted in the store and an associate needed to go to the area I was looking at and instead of saying excuse me she just glared at me. I went to leave and door was locked. They let me out but store supposed to be open until 5p doors were locked at 410 and they refused entry to a family. I've not had one positive experience at this store. It is a shame this is the only option. If we need any other pieces I will be sourcing them second hand before going in there.

One week away from October and still no uniforms. School started in august you mean to tell me a uniform store he no uniforms. How are you in business? Stop blaming COVID on your recordings it’s been over three freaking years people. Why do you even have a store with lights on paying employees when you have no uniforms you cannot purchase anything
