Great kolaches and awesome breakfast tacos. Staff rude and unhelpful. But still will go back for the food

Placed an order to be ready for 6:30 AM. I made sure I showed up at 6 even though they open at 6 just in case my order wasn't ready and I needed to give them a push. I walked in a few minutes after 6 got to the register, told them my name and paid. I asked if it was ready and it was! They were hot, the pans were labeled and they were Individually wrapped just like we asked. I was able to use our tax exempt information with no issues! And they even left a note on each pan. They really made this process SO stress free for me! Thank you! We'll be back!

Great selection of sweet and savory kolaches and an assortment of breakfast tacos. Their fresh salsa is delicious and compliments the tacos wonderfully. I have never been disappointed when eating Kolache Kitchen products!

This past Sunday I had a craving for literally the world’s best breakfast tacos so I went to Kolache Kitchen. When I ordered the young lady working, KC, let me know it could be awhile before I got my food (BIG TIME customer service already by informing me of a wait instead of having me sit in front of the window, unaware). I told her that was fine! While I waited I watched Ms. KC run around handling orders and delivering orders to cars waiting outside, by herself! Best part? While in a high stress situation she kept her cool and remained positive and kind. When I got my food, I drove off, pulled $20 out of the ATM and brought it back as her tip. She earned it. Kolache Kitchen is already the BEST stop for breakfast, but with that kind of energy that Ms. KC had, you’ve got an all around eatery. 5 Stars!

I recently became a kolache fan and decided to try this place out...but went for the tacos and OMG probably the BEST corn tortilla tacos I’ve ever had!!! Surprisingly the veggie one was my favorite too (not a vegetarian but I tried 4 different ones that day and this one exploded with flavor). I HAVE to try their kolaches now!

First of all— the service was super friendly and sweet. I was surprised they had tofu, and the tofu tacos were really good! Y’all please keep adding vegetarian options to your menu :)

I especially recommend their fruit kolaches and bacon rancheros; those items are delicious, filling, and decently priced. I did purchase (very) expired milk one day, but the manager gave me a free bottle when I returned minutes later. I frequently go there at 6am, and all their goods are fresh out the oven.

The kolachies were absolutely delicious. We went around brunch time on a Saturday and while I was surprised how empty the place was, the food was still hot and the line moved very quickly. Eating there was a great experience, and there was a drive thru that I'll have to keep in mind if I'm ever hungry and in a hurry.

Great, fast & affordable food. Service was great and extremely polite & pleasant. We had the breakfast tacos, smoked sausage kolache, sausage ranchero and a HUGE cinnamon roll. Everything was prepared fresh & it was delicious! Sunday morning.

I absolutely enjoyed my experience at The Kolache Kitchen. Great atmosphere and very friendly, helpful staff. What I love the most about this place- the boudin kolache. It is such a great mixture of the traditional pastry with a Louisiana flair. Highly recommended!

I had a sausage and cheese kolache, that while tasty was disappointing in size. But the Bacon and cheese kolache was quite large and very delicious. Definitely would recommend.

The spicy sausage and cheese is unique in the way that they use a serrano pepper relish instead of jalapenos. Lots of flavor!! Breakfast tacos, cinnamon rolls, empanadas, there is something for every craving. For lunch, you must try the ham and brie melt....love the cranberry marmalade!

Who doesn't like Chileans Empanadas? They sell really nice ones. I give them 5 stars for that :D

But they are super slow when you get anything through the drive thru. I wish I could give them negative stars for that.

The boudin kolaches at The Kolache Kitchen are addictive! The bread is cottony soft and the boudin mixture is seasoned to perfection. The Kolache Kitchen is the only place I don't tire of eating their food.

Quality in both product and service. Kolache Kitchen is one of the most consistent quick-service restaurants in the region. Their breakfast tacos are delicious.

I've always liked this location better than the other. Maybe because people come here more so the staff is always prepared to have everything hot and ready. Either way I love the kolaches and rancheros!

We're addicted! The rancheros and fruit + cheese kolaches are delicious if you can get some before they sell out.

Probably the best breakfast nearby LSU. Sometimes the workers there are a little bit dull but that's because work starts at 6AM. Great breakfast!
