Dr Moffett is an excellent surgeon. The day I walked into his office, he quickly put me at ease and explain all my options and care discussed allowed me to make a decision I had rotator cuff on my left surgery 2 years ago and now went with him for a second surgery this time on my right shoulder I new that I was in good hands the recovering it’s been good too . He is very professional and very kind I’m very thank full for everything he has done for me 😃 Thank you Dr Moffett and team! You are the best and highly recommended.

I love Dr Moffett is great. His bedside professionalism is amazing, he brings calm to every situation. He identifies the problem and formulates a plan. I am a very happy patient. The staff was great but struggled to pronounce my name but with time I hope they do because it means “Praise the Lord.”

Dr. Moffett has been great through this whole experience of my knee injury, surgery, and post-op care. He has taken the time at every visit to explain the injury in detail, what was going to take place in surgery, and what recovery would be like. He even drew illustrations to help me understand! I never felt rushed and he always made sure all my questions were answered. The staff was helpful and kind and the office protocols regarding Covid were excellent and I felt very safe. Would highly recommend.

I am always extremely nervous to see new doctors, especially after weight gain due to being home 90% of the time. Dr.Moffett was concise, honest, respectful and straight forward, all qualities I like when going to a new doc. He agreed that losing the weight would definitely help, but also offered some alternatives in the mean time to help alleviate my knee pain. Thanks doc for hearing me out and helping to give me some relief! Definitely recommend this doc.

It was my first time seeing Dr Jeffry Moffet. Very Friendly Pleasant and entered room with a lively voice. He very carefully heard my issue of knee. He explained what he discovered from X-Rays. He suggested me different option to manage pain and overall movement of my knees.

He also gave me shot which was very gently done. The way he did the examination, explained options and treatment it was like all that time was just for me, very focused and concerned 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

From the front desk to admittance to X-ray ( London) and Dr Moffett I experienced the ultimate service experience exhibited by NTO. They calmed any anxious thoughts I had going in with the utmost professionalism and respect. Unlike some past medical visits with other organizations they realize as a patient we don’t go through these experiences every day. Dr. Moffett is a great doctor! I saw him for knee pain and was very apprehensive because I had previously had surgery on my knee. I did not get the name of his assistant who took my vitals but she is very sweet and soft spoken concerned with your well-being.

Dr Moffett is very courteous and explains everything. He has given me multiple cortisone shots over the years and will do knee surgery when it is time. He takes time to answer questions and is very straight forward with his answers. Mine may be a little complicated but he explains how he will handle every step and what will happen. I have over 9 years experience with this office and one surgery. Unless I think about the surgery I would never know I had it. Never any pain associated with it. I would highly recommend Dr Moffett to anyone.

I have the pleasure of working with Dr Moffett at Baylor Grapevine. It was awesome seeing his bedside manner was as amazing as his skills in the operating room. He well exceeded my expectations. I am confident in his suggestions for my care and trust his judgment.

My surgery was performed on June 10, 2020. The facility and the offices were immaculate. I felt very safe and everyone that spoke to me from the lady taking temperatures and asking questions about Covid related symptoms were extremely friendly.
The nurses were professional and personal. They made you feel as if you were the only person in there facility. The doctors I spoke to were very informative of the steps and what I would feel and expect before, during and after the surgery. The Physical Therapy has been first class. Stephanie Strong is really good and pushes you enough to improve on every session while being very friendly. Hallie is never standing around. She is constantly cleaning benches, equipment touched, machines used and it is very busy in there. Every therapist lends a hand to assure that everything stays clean and Corona-Virus Free which I appreciate. Everyone wears masks at all times. I strongly recommend Dr. Moffit and his team for the surgeries that they specialize in.
