I received excellent care today. The entire staff was friendly. I was welcomed with a smile from each individual person I spoke with. I felt important. I was there for pain I was experiencing in my right shoulder. Dr. Stehley was very sympathetic of my issues and asked about my having an injection to help with the issues. I agreed to try this. I will follow up with the doctor in six weeks to see if this is helping or sooner if the pain is not relieved by the shot. I felt my problem was of genuine concern by all. Thank you Texas Orthopedics! What a great group of people to have caring for me.

I was very nervous seeing a surgeon in reference to an injury and the diagnosis but Dr Stehly made my visit a great experience. He put my concerns at ease and has the best manner to patients, in my experience.
So glad my sister recommended him.

Fantastic first visit. He wasn’t in a hurry to shuffle me off and get to his next patient. He took the time to listen to me as I explained my issues. Where things moved quickly was in arranging an MRI to help fully diagnose my knee problem (next day) and him giving me an injection to help solve a long lingering issue with my upper back. My issues are pretty small compared to a lot of people I saw at the practice, but I trust Dr. Stehly to help solve my current problems and will seek him out for any future and/or more serious conditions that may arise. He earned my business from now on and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs an Orthopedic Surgeon.

I saw Dr. Stehly when I was in major crisis and pain. I was seeing an Orthopedic doctor given to me at the hospital. The difference was incredible. I instantly felt like Dr. Stehly heard me and cared. I was given my options and the benefits and risk of each. Then we made a decision together about how to proceed. His staff is just as friendly and caring. Win Win.

Update: a year later I am still impressed. Asking a direct question brings answers and options. His opinion and then allows me to decide the best path forward for me.

Dr. Stehly treated me for a shoulder issue and an ankle problem. Thankfully surgery was not required for shoulder---just physical therapy. It's fine now. I had two soft tissue tumors in ankle area and chose to have minor outpatient surgery which went well. Dr. Stehly is always kind and reassuring and explains things well. I know he is very busy but he doesn't ever seem rushed.

I had a great experience visiting North Texas Orthopedics & Spine Center. Everyone from the receptionist, check-in, medical assistant, x-ray technician, nurse, and doctor were all very polite and helpful. It was one of the few times I have been to a medical appointment and I didn't feel like I was bothering the staff or being herded through the steps and it taking forever.

Great experience today at North Texas Orthopedic in Grapevine. Dr Stehly was terrific,and I got in , got my x-rays, had a consult with Dr. Stehly, got an injection in my knee, and got signed up for PT in a timely, efficient manner! Kudos to the doctor and the staff for a really great experience!

Dr. Stehly was very thorough in his explanation of my medical condition, and the various options for care, so that we can resolve this problem. The nurse who did my steroid injection was equally thorough in her explanation of what she was going to be doing & how it will be working along with what to expect after leaving your office. All around professional care, from the checkin to the checkout! I'm very pleased with NRX Orthopedics 😊

Dr. Stehly and all the staff I encountered at my appointment today were very friendly and helped me feel comfortable. I felt the doctor was knowledgeable and gave me confidence in his opinions about my treatment plan.

I have been a patient of Dr. Stehly's for over 10 years. He has performed several surgeries on me. I wouldn't chose any other doctor to see. He has been great and always takes care of my needs. He has performed rotary cuff, elbow, and ankle surgery. I broke both my wrist and he took care of me. Now I am having trouble with my left knee. I kiddingly told him I had to hurt something else to see him as a patient again.

Dr. Stehly, their practice and their surgical center are all extraordinary! I felt comfortable and valued before, during and after my shoulder surgery. I highly recommend them to anyone needing orthopedic care.

I was very amazed and very happy to know this doctor that saw me. And I was amazed because he gave me good news on my left arm and shoulder. I really thought that I had. Dislocated I told her and had broken the middle part of my shoulder down to my elbow, but my shoulder wasn't dislocated I just fracture the middle part of my arm from my shoulder to my elbow. After a big fall I had from the bed and the floor. I was so happy that it wasn't something very very serious thanks to my Lord my savior My God that it wasn't serious and that I am going to do better and better. I want to thank dr. I had the privilege of being treating by Cari today. She was full of compassion and concerns. When I was telling her my concerns, Cari appeared to have “ felt my pain”. I was impressed how she just jumped in and performed critical thinking on the assessment of my issues.
She advised me on next steps to set my expectations.
