Love this place! Everyone is great, but Melissa is the very best! She makes me feel like she wants me to get better even more than I do!

Needed an x ray for possible broken ankle. Was told that earliest was 5 hours later for appt. That was fine and was thankful that we could get in. When we arrived (I had completed all PW online) we waited about 20-30 minutes after scheduled time. That seems a bit excessive with appointments.

Other than that we were in and out fast, felt like the Dr was very thorough and it was a great experience.

I was referred to the urgent care clinic. I did not have an appointment but my wait time was not long at all. I saw Dr. Peters and he was very personable. He identified my issue quickly and treated me appropriately. He was very approachable and professional. I felt I was in excellent hands. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The appointment overall was just great!

The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Several years ago Dr. Stehly performed shoulder replacement on my left shoulder and it has made a world of difference. He explained the procedure well, performed the procedure without any problems, and provided outstanding post-surgery care. The experience was great and I am returning to Dr. Stehly at North Texas Orthopedics to now have my right shoulder replaced. I am not thrilled about having it done, but have complete confidence all will go well based on my previous experience.

I partially torn my Achilles tendon and was a walk-in to the clinic. I initially went to the Fort Worth office not realizing that they didn't take walk-ins. I was pleasantly surprise how quickly I got in to see a doctor, get my x-ray results, and put into a soft cast, out the door and on my way. The over all service and experience was excellent.

This was my first visit to North Texas Orthopedic and Spine Center. I am so grateful that this was the practice that I was referred to by my primary care physician. I was seen by Dr. Moffett and was so relieved that he was able to provide immediate relief to my issues. I appreciated his knowledge and plan for my care. I will definitely continue to use Dr. Moffett for any future needs.

Visit was scheduled for 8AM. Left the waiting area at 8:01 saw the assistant, had Xrays taken, reviewed the situation with the Doctor, checked out and was in my vehicle by 8:25. Courteous, professional, efficient and friendly staff.

GREAT doctors at North Texas Ortho with perfect care and treatment! They always listen to everything I have to say and give effective advice. The lobby is also very nice and hospitable! I highly recommend!!!!!

Just like in my case by a first generation Business person Immigrant not going to Marry for paperwork to become US citizen, and the kicking can down the Road by US politics abusing US constitution and God will unchain secondary permanent residents, contributing to American Societies for decades, and at today's prices of Health Insurances $800.00/ Month minimum for 1 person With income under 40k/year its Just Rip off! But, at Last there are also cool doctors very professional and they value such self payers as for example me so far, the services of #NorthRichland Hills Family Medicine Providers Like Emily Bownds, PA-C and staff. And continuing with #Imaging Invisions Scans, or also this my positive experience with North Texas Orthopedics in Grapevine, Like providers Doctors Donegan M.D. , Murphy M.D. and their staff as Tammy, etc; it can be seen that these are highly ethical and professional (perhaps they could find some time to write notes from visits to the patient portal at least these patients their like to see that ), but hats off to all of those I mentioned. I truly and sincerely from my heart recommend these companies to all people to get a steroid injection if they have a limp & severe arthritis instead of using pain killers Meds to prevent or stop internal organ damage. And in addition, I found that it also helps with better muscle activity, growth and strength.

Great and well organized service. The covid 19 safety measures were awesome. Upon arrival, at the sign-in desk you are asked to wait in the car for your appointment. I waited about 5 minutes to be called in. They take you straight to the patient room. Within 10 minutes, the Dr. came and saw me. Awesome!

I went to see Dr. Ted Peters in Grapevine and was very impressed. He listened to everything that I was experiencing, waiting until I was finished before replying. Dr. Peters looked me in the eye while explaining what he was about to do, very gentle and thorough. He discussed all of my options, making sure I was comfortable proceeding with the next steps. All of the staff and nurses were friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend Dr. Ted Peters of Grapevine to everyone!

Awesome place! Appointment was on time and check-in went quickly, happy they have someone there at the front desk who speaks Spanish, someone my mom could communicate well with. We have had a great experience with Dr. Mulligan. I was very pleased with my visit. I have recommended North Texas Orthopedics and will continue to do so.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ted Peters and he is the BEST !!! He is very patient, and takes the time to explain everything to you. He answers questions, and has a very calming manner about himself. I trust him and feel very safe having procedures done by him.
And when I need a referral for my son's injury - he took the time to recommend a colleague who too was very helpful for my son.
The staff there are very professional and accommodating with all that come there.

I have been at NTO for two different issues....one a long while ago and one just recently. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate Dr. Donegan and his demeanor! He takes time to actually speak with me and explain what we are viewing. The practice is professional and are communicative. I would recommend this office anytime!

Staff is professional, polite, and caring. They are attentive to your needs and do the best they can to accommodate you as a client. Doctor I've seen 3 times is wonderful and very compassionate and knowledgeable!!!! Facilities are both clean, comfortable, and have updating equipment. Highly recommend!!

I've been in this office several times with my own health problems and with my husband's. This group is the nicest, most polite and caring group around. And they have always been right on time with our appointments. Add all that to fact that I've gotten the best care and my probems are all improved or gone completely. Why would you go to anyone else?

Our appointment was a referral from our family physician. The welcome at the front desk seemed genuine, and I received help from them several times as I filled out the lengthy new patient screening. We were greeted by a friendly nurse who led us to the room where we were to meet the Doctor. After a brief interview with the nurse, Dr. Tucker was introduced and I shared my problem with him. Everyone was more relaxed than I was, so the time seemed to go quickly as a plan for action was shared with me and my wife. We were very pleased with the service we received and the quick follow-up appointments scheduled.

From making the appointment all the way through seeing the Dr. the experience was very positive. The.office staff is just great. Having xrays done right in the office and ready for the Dr. to discuss with me was a great thing. The Dr. spent enough time with me and explained my condition thoroughly. I left feeling feeling confidant that I had made a great decision in choosing this practice.

Great office staff - very polite and caring. Dr. Moffett performed a partial knee replacement. His manner is friendly and honest. I always felt listened to, and every question was considered important. He went over details multiple times until I understood, and not once did I feel talked down to or rushed.

Dr. Stehly was kind and compassionate when dealing with my shoulder problem. He did not order expensive tests but instead started with the least invasive procedures first. I am very happy with the care I received. He answered my questions and took time to hear my concerns. Easy to schedule an appointment and little waiting.
