Their groomers are the best we've found in the area. Price is about the same as other places but they're much faster and quality is great. We had issues where another local groomer injured our dog twice (cuts) but have had no issues here and have been going here for years now!

Happen to see this Petco on our way home and stopped in to see what it was all about. Loved all the aquatics to look at. Plus I felt like staff was friendly and eager to help us out. Overall we were happy with what we seen and the stock yall had. Thank you!

Love the different selections of food, there's something for every pet. They do have reasonably priced sections for those of us that have real babies and fur babies 👍

We like the variety of higher quality cat foods offered at the North Aurora IL store. Lots to choose from and/or try, for picky eaters. Competitively priced (Hills brand), too. Setup a customer account simply with your phone number at checkout, for even more discounts!

Extremely awesome. Young lady who helped me get feeder fish was so pleasant. Upon check out getting crickets. The gentleman was also very pleasant. Found things that were not at other stores.

The Groomers were very knowledgeable, friendly and patient when I brought in my new dogs. I was unaware on how they would do for their 1st groom and their experience with your Groomers was stress fee!

This North Aurora location is so nice!! It is very big and has a huge variety of brands. I have my go to location but it’s smaller than this one. Store is very well organized and clean. Staff member was very helpful and kind at the register. Highly recommend this location.

Awesome place to go for your fur babies. Also, they can be with you at Petco as long as they're leashed, of course 😉. But it is quite pricey.

Cat Grooming- I had a groomer for a few years for my long haired cats but I can no longer go to her so I have been looking for a new groomer. PETCO is not a place I thought about but I needed someone fast because cats nails were growing out and cats were getting stuck on things. Candy groomed my cats and trimmed their nails. She was great and really was gentle and kind with them. They are normally skittish and can be difficult but they were calm with her and everything went smoothly. The experience exceeded my expectations and she really made it a great experience.

I rescued a pup around a month ago. I received wonderful service. I booked an appointment online for same day service.

Candi is not only a great groomer, she really has a way of putting my stranger-terrified dog at ease. Other groomers seem to be similar. Great prices and 8th grooming free, too!

Dog grooming is a challenging thing to do well, because half the time it is a question of whether the dog will sit still or fight it. I try my best to not judge a dog groomer for this reason, unless they clearly did not try. I have been to Petco in different cities and states and was not always satisfied.

My experience at this location, however, was great. Kaitlyn was our groomer, and when finished our little buddy was super happy and incredibly clean. She even got out some mats and tangles in his hair.

Our groomer, Brittany really listed to us and made sure Mocha's groom experience was a safe/good experience. We're so happy and will return to have Brittany groom Mocha in the future.

Always greeted, and always helpful! Thank you so much to the associate who helped me find a good brand for my cat's needs. I come in once a month for food and every other week for cat treats. Love how the staff keeps the store clean, stocked, and are knowledgable about products.

A very different layout than most stores with aquarium oasis in the middle. Though the prices may be higher than some competitors, they outmatch any other pet store in variety of products, and overall cleanliness of the store. I wad greeted with Great customer service and left with just what I needed.

My Boxer-Bull loves it there. The groomers are super friendly and the staff are very helpful. I have never had a bad experience there and recommend the Vital Care.

Update: The staff has changed, but they are still great.
