Beverly Hills Carpet & Tile

I'm a Maintenance manager at a housing complex in Huntington and I use Beverly Hills for most of my carpet and vinyl flooring needs and they have always did a great job. Will and his crew are the crew I work with the most and they are always on time and do an amazing job.

This is the 3rd house in 7 years they have carpeted for me. Always friendly service. The installers that came yesterday were super friendly. It was getting late and they still had one more set of steps to do. It was only going to the basement so I said to just do a waterfall style to save time. I was so impressed when they said they would rather come back the next day and do it as good as they can because there name is on it. So, they came today and the entire job was 100% perfect. I highly recommend Beverly Hills carpet center. There prices are better than any other place and the quality is unbeatable.

Awesome place... waiting on installation but service so far is impeccable! Was timely with appt for measurments and helpful w financing. Five stars!

My name is Sandra Shafer. Beverly Hills Carpet is the worst business I have dealt with concerning customer service! They installed flooring for me approximately two years ago, over $5000 dollars! I have been in touch with them since that time. There is a major problem with a place in the flooring. They claim it was the actual flooring, but I’m 99% certain it was their negligence when installing the product. They keep saying they’re reaching out to the company, but does it take two years to receive an answer??? It is right in a very obvious location. I absolutely will not recommend this company to anyone for their needs. I am absolutely sick over this. How dare they treat a customer like this!

Horrible customer service. Installed wrong carpet and refused to switch it for what I had actually paid for because it would cost him too much money. I would not recommend Beverly Hills Carpet & Tile.

Terrible customer service. I had a problem with my install and I have been requesting they come back and fix the job. They have not called me back after leaving six messages. I hate writing bad reviews for local companies but all they need to right what was wronged. Customer service is any easy fix. Before I recommend them to others but will not be doing that moving forward.
