The Waukesha location is phenomenal. The store manager went above and beyond to help me. He helped change my phone from a different carrier while keeping my same number. He changed all my contacts over no problem. Then the next day not all my pictures and stuff transferred so I wne t back he showed me how to do it and explained everything. Definitely go here!! Great products and prices.

I buy all my phones here. I have used metro and was not happy but Boost is affordable. Yes they offer protectors and cases at time of purchase and try and have you walk out with them at a reasonable cost. I don't feel they are pushy or take my money. I honestly feel this company is under rated and people look for any excuse to attack them. Only downfall I occasionally have is if you use your phone a lot and I mean a lot- Just buy a larger phone with the storage. I keep making the mistake of getting a smaller phones and it causes problems for me.
