I am so glad I have found this store. They have everything to take care of all your shoe needs. If you find something and they don't have it in your size, they happily order it for. Kind friendly help. They go above and beyond make sure you're satisfied. Look forward to my next purchase there.

Personalized care from a great guy on the track for ownership. He made me feel like he cared. Excellent customer service. Fabulous selection of shoes, and he was extremely knowledgeable. I'll be back in a few months to buy a third pair!

Wow what a great selection of all the top quality latest in shoes. So many incredible comfort shoes, had trouble figuring out which were right for me, Damien was a great help in suggesting certain shoes to try and narrowing down the pair I finally wanted, or I should say 2 pairs each a little different but both amazing. Damien really knew differences and helped me in trying them on & getting the right sneakers for my feet.

Bret was the gentleman who helped me. I have very difficult feet and he not only helped me out once but twice. He was very informative, fast and efficient. The second time I called in advance and when i showed up, Bret had 2 pairs of shoes right when i walked in. Being someone who has worked in customer service for 13 years, its been a very long time i had such great care. Thank you again Bret youre a ROCKSTAR 🤩

Every time I’ve been there Ben has gone above and beyond! I’ve been on a journey to find some shoes that are actually comfortable to fit my specific feet. And have received the best customer service when swapping out my shoes for the second time. I hope to buy a few good pairs from here!

Apparently I have been wearing the wrong size shoe for years and my feet are pretty wide. Making it hard to find shoes in stock. Worked with Brett today, and he understood what I needed. Had several options in my size. Great service, will never buy a shoe anywhere else. Highly recommend this store.

Great experience in purchasing a new pair of workout shoes. Damien was very friendly in greeting me and asked how he could help? I explained what I was looking for and he showed me the various options and shared his recommendations per my explanation
He helped get me fitted with the right pair of New Balance workout shoes and even showed me a way to lace my new workout shoes to help minimize heel slippage.

This is the only place to buy shoes. They understand what your needs are in a shoe and truly knowledgeable about their product. You will spend a pretty penny but worth your feet. Thank you for everything.

I was looking for some New Balance 990's, and Brown's was one of the only stores that had them. While I was there, I worked with an employee who had me try some various other shoes on. Considering my flat feet, the 990's were the best, most comfortable shoes. I was impressed with the service level of the employees and their knowledge of shoes. You don't get that at other shoe stores.

I had an amazing experience at Brown's. My salesperson Damien was so helpful and knowledgeable. He really helped me figure out what type of shoes best fit my needs, I have plantar faciatis and it can be quite difficult to find comfortable fitting shoes. He was very kind, patient, and personable. Brown's SFC in Clive really never disappoints.

My boyfriend ordered me hey dudes and they were too big, the ladies at the shop/ return dept were SO NICE and made the exchange SO EASY. I now have the right size & love them!! Will definitely order from Brown's again thanks to their excellent customer service.

Fell in love with a pair of sandals they didn't have in my size but took the time to locate and have them sent to me. So helpful and friendly. Do especially nice in this day in age.

Purchased a pair of Brooks running shoes for my wife and they were delivered to the UK in five days. Absolutely fantastic service, would definitely purchase from them again.

I had a specific formula for a running shoe. It had to have a high push off through the toe and maximum stability that wasn't a gaudy design. Thanks to Damian, I was able to find exactly what I needed. Expert advice with a friendly demeanor. Also lots of shoes to choose from .

I have always had a beyond great experience here. I personally dislike when shoe associates bother me at large department stores, but at Browns they are so personable and knowledgeable about all brands and footwear they carry. They are honest about the pros and cons of each shoe you are considering purchasing, and they will go out of their way to find a solution for you - whether that be ordering a size or color they don’t have in stock, finding inserts to help the fit, and spraying the shoes for protection. All associates are very down to earth, kind, helpful, and never pushy. I’ve always had luck there because the brands they carry are high quality and comfortable - higher end in price but completely worth it.

Highly recommend if you want a pleasant and productive shoe shopping experience.

So happy I shopped at Brown's Shoe Fit. I needed new running shoes and Brett greeted me as soon as I entered the store. He patiently helped me try on several pairs of shoes and special ordered the color I wanted. I'm looking forward to receiving my new shoes delivered to my door, and I'm very grateful for the excellent customer service.

This was my first time at this store. At first it was overwhelming, with shoes displayed everywhere. A guy (Brett) asked if I was finding everything ok. I said I needed help, & explained my foot problems & how hard it has been to find good, comfortable shoes.He showed me a couple different shoes & found my size & the wide width I needed &assisted me trying them on. I was please try surprised at how well the fit, & how good they felt. Brett patiently listened to my comments, & agreed with me. He waited until I made the decision to buy the shoes. I even said I'm like to get 2 pair. Brett checked to see if they had another pair, but there wasn't. So he said he'd order them, & that they should arrive in a few days. I left there store wearing my new comfortable shoes - happy that I'd had such a pleasant, successful shopping experience. I told Brett that this was the fastest - successful shoe shopping I'd ever done, & that he was very good at this. I would shop there again. Excellent service!
