I don't understand why I can't contact customer service and why is this what I have to text to talk to them??!!

I was visiting from Atlanta and on my way to Michigan when I stopped at this location for a quick phone purchase for my fiancé.
The representative that assisted me was Carlos. He probably had me wait about 15 minutes and then I was done, literally it was in and out. He was very knowledgeable and also he had a great personality. I come from the South so I’m used to that southern charm and hospitality, Carlos clearly knew how to get the job done. I recommend this location if you want a genuine experience along with positive conversation. Thank You!

Carlos was awesome. He helped me pick out a phone and a plan for my wife and I. He also took the time to explain everything about the phone. And answered all our questions without rushing. I had a splendid visit at this store and this gentleman Carlos was willing to help me with my sons phone. His service was outstanding and how he explained all the details about the phone. He was also so helpful that he spoke Spanish I am going to recommend to many of my friends to him and he is a great helper thank you for you service.

I went into this store to switch over to cricket wireless from another mobile carrier. The young man, Carlos was very knowledgeable and courteous while assisting us through the process. We got our plan switched over to cricket, and kept our original numbers successfully. Was in there on Saturday 5-30 and the associate Andrea was the only one there she was so patient and calm even though some customers were being hostile towards her,she remained very calm and held her composure. In my eyes a 5 star employee.

I went to glenway on Saturday the gentleman jamar was rude and Sarah stepped in to help. I had to buy a new phone. I went back today for help and asked for Sarah and jamar looks around and says does it look like she is here. Smarted off said there's nothing that he can do he was so rude I left. I came to Warsaw and found Sarah and she was so sweet her and Nikki was perfect.

Love this crew! They got me got me out of a pinch when my screen died forever. They taught me how to recover all my date and set me up with a sick new phone. And they got me in and out in what felt like 10 minutes. Appreciate you guys!

I only come here and deal with my guy Carlos, whenever I have any problems related to my phone. He is attentive and knowledgeable and I would recommend anybody who has Cricket and lives in the area to come and see him.
