Faye and Zack did an amazing job by walking us thru the process for our event. They are very helpful and very professional. This hall is amazing and all of our attendees loved the place. I will definitely recommend and rent this place again. Thank you so much!

My family and I had the pleasure of hosting our dads 60th birthday here and I must say the service was exceptional! I would like to commend Faye for doing a fantastic job in working with me last minute and ensuring all went well. Her attention to detail and professionalism, friendly demeanor and willingness to asiste made the planning process effortless. The location and scenery was beautiful, this is our second time using Milano! The facilities was clean, spacious and breathtaking. Definitely use them you won’t regret it!

Milano Event Center exceeded our expectations for our company event. From start to finish, the planning process was seamless and professional. The venue itself is stunning, with modern amenities and ample space for our needs. The staff were attentive and accommodating, ensuring that every detail was executed flawlessly. Impeccable event coordination! Everything went off without a hitch. Our team was thoroughly impressed and we can't wait to host another event at Milano Event Center. Our guests and family liked the hall very much The location was also very convenient for everyone because the hall is in an accessible area in Sugar Land. This also worked great for all of our guests. The hall was spacious, and private, which met our biggest need due to it being a girls only event. The only complaint from our guests was the inside temperature during the freeze but other than that, our guests left very happy, which was the most important factor for us. (We were told that it had to be kept on a certain degree) Also, We were not able to access the bridal suite because there was an extra fee due to their policy, which was not best idea when having a group of girls needing to get ready together but we made it workout. That would be something that could be considered for future bookings.
The staff was helpful and sweet, we appreciate the time we had.

We had our wedding reception here and we are so glad we did! They were so friendly every step of the way. The venue is beautiful! Courtney was amazing and is very passionate in what she does. She is so friendly and helped make our wedding day even more special. Milano is a great venue to have an event at. They were awesome!

The Milano did a great job of managing all the invoices required to pay for our event. The space is clean and we had absolutely no negative things to say regarding the venue. Our event went as planned with no issues and the staff did not intervene. Staff were always responsive to our concerns and questions that we had. Staff management was very nice and always allowed us the opportunity to make changes throughout the process.

Hosted my sisters wedding yesterday at Milano. Beautiful venue with extravagant chandeliers all around. The event coordinator Fay has helped my sister with her engagement party by guiding her and being there for her on a day when no one else wanted to be there. Lady had a beautifully smile and wins many hearts.

I had my wedding at the Milano in Dec 2023, the event went very well and my guests thought that the venue was beautiful! The event staff were well coordinated with their setup and one thing I love about this venue is their decor offer, they don’t have much but it helped us spruce up our event. I definitely recommend the Milano for a safe, private, and exclusive event!

I had my wedding at this venue and it was amazing! What I love most was the bridal and groom suite which includes a bathroom. It gave us the needed privacy through the event !

I recently hosted my event here and was extremely happy with the results. Janice was especially helpful with making my event a memorable one. She went above and beyond helping me and my family make our event a success. There was a misunderstanding between us and Milano, but she did a GREAT job helping us fix things. She was very responsive, flexible, and did the most she could to make sure our event went on smoothly. I am still in awe on how she went above and beyond. The venue is gorgeous and is beautifully decorated. Everything was clean and up to high standards. I am grateful for Janice's help and will definitely host my future events at Milano!

Our office had an event here in July and everything was fabulous! Erica did an amazing job getting us set up and Chrystina did a wondeful job making sure everything was in it's place and that our event was a success. The easiest people to work with! The venue is also Gorgeous!

We had our company Holiday Party at The Milano for 300 guests! It was beautiful and a huge success! We are booking again in 2024!

I attended a formal quince a few days ago at this location and am still in awe of how beautiful it was. The location was pristine! Initially, people who saw the photos thought it was a wedding! I highly recommend this place for events in the future!

I got married at the Milano and it was absolutely perfect! The exposed beams are stunning and it didn’t need any decorating. The light fixtures are beautiful and it has so much character. It was the perfect place to spend the whole night from the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception. Highly recommend!!

Very nice place to hold events 👌 in the situation we were saying goodbye to my nephew Demetrius 😢. But people had a great time supporting each other and dancing 💃 and fellowshipping some of the pain away 💙
